Needs manual way to input birthdate. Scrolling through 56 years to get to my birthdate was intolerable.
It doesn't let me create my account, it doesn't allow me to input my DOB. It only pops up a calendar & I have to arrow back to my birth year click set & still keeps today's date & doesn't allow me to manually put my DOB then says no record of me. Of course not if I can't input my DOB. Meanwhile I've been on hold for 16:49 trying to get through on the phone.
App is handy.
Won't let me set up. Keeps saying email incorrect. Stupid app.
I've tried 4 different email accounts to sign up. Tells me the account is not active, which is not true. Till this bug is worked out, the app is useless to me
Very user friendly app. Have had an easy time locating all information that I need with all services provided to access. Having had used other medical apps before this one if far the best I've used. I would recommend this to my family and clients.
I created an account and when i want to login it says that its incorrect!!

This app makes it difficult to enter tour birthdate. secondly, i do not have thos medical plan. my son does. i am not able ro make an account for him. so to me it is useless.
