Probably this was launched only to keep people busy waiting to connect. Wait seems to be eternal. 17.11.21 After waiting a long long time, it could be opened but most of services not available. For example Holiday home booking. Please do something about this app or just remove it. 21. 03. 22. Great job development team. No change in user experience. That means the team is really busy with some other great job and not able to do anything about this app. Please remove it from play store.

It takes ages to open the app. If you are lucky enough then you will not be able to login,again it take millennium to see home page. Most of the time you can't login. This app doesn't even deserve single star.they should remove it from app store and just concentrate on web version. Moreover, there is no point to keep an app in your person phone if you need to enter your id, password and capcha everytime you want to login.

Well well!!! After installing the upgrade it is unable to connect to the server. Please set up a server with the database at least and arrange for some connection. These are standard requirements. Nicely it says the upgrade is for security upgradations. Is this that?

One useless app. It's three hours and is still LOADING. Can manage otherwise. Uninstalled. That was in August. It's again after 3 months today when someone said a new version came up, Installed the App. Hit OPEN. it was. "loading". Went for a morning walk. Came back. Still it was "loading". Just useless. I stand by my 3 month old earlier remarks. Uninstalling before a cup of coffee.

So horrible experience to open this filthy app. For the last 7 days I have been trying to open it, but everytime 'loading' message is displayed for a while ; and at last 'unable to connect to server, pl try again later' message is displayed. Better to use HRMS PORTAL at desktop in the branch . Why not this app is closed ??😢😢

It takes so long time to open and even after it always shows error 'can't connect to the server ' Not expected this type of apps from SBI. Even after passing 1 year there is no change in this app... Very pathetic..

What's the point of an app which is always "Unable to connect to the server" and asks us to try again to see this beautiful message again and again... Update: login issue resolved by uninstall and reinstall as suggested by another user.. rating unchanged as no support from developer was recieved and app continues to be super slow

After this latest update, when we submit 4in1, it just shows "LOADING" for Indefinite time. Tried twice on different days, Didn't work a single time. App seems very heavy in functioning, Increase its server capacity, so that it becomes agile and fast.

Unable to connect to the server Please try again. I really can't understand the problem of this app and for what the update was meant for. We can login on the browser in seconds but login is not happening on this app from months now. I request IT team to work on it as it is very disappointing and the whole idea of HRMS app is defeated.

recently i am unable to login through this app with the follwing error popping up everytime i login "alert - invalid user id or password". but it works fine when opened on pc browser. also my other colleagues are not facing this problem and when i tried to use this app installed on their phones it still doesn't works.

Until we click, the app does not go to login page. Instead of I'd it demands name for login. I found blank page when requested for pension-slip. My PAN also could not be displayed. Always showing 'loading'. Holiday List should display only the name of State alphabetically & not everytime 'holiday list for so & so state'. In nutshell, app is not created perfectly.

Pathetic app. The latest version is worse than the previous one. Takes ages to load. If you manage to login, says ' unable to connect to server'. It seems you release the app without any UAT.

It never opens, only keeps on loading. Wish I could give it negative rating so as to make u realise the inconvenience it causes to all of us. Kindly update it, fix it or just remove from playstore if u unable to fix it.

The never ending ERRORS and more ERRORS that this App shoots from time to time makes it extremely UNRELIABLE. It's rather distasteful that NO EFFORT whatsoever has been taken by the DEVELOPERS to adhere to these continuing issues. You can't even open the app 99.9% of the time. Just try to do better PLEASE... Atleast in terms of FUNCTIONALITY

Very good app for touring staff. Never faced any problem in login. Many times this app works even when the website is down. If the mobile is having enough ram say 2gb & above & you are connected to 3G & more, it works in lightening speed. True that all features of website are not available. For leave,4in1,tour,cds score this can be used.

Every time I try to login , a message , invalid user I'd or password, is displayed. FORGOT PASSWORD option field is missing. So far I have not been able to login. Can someone inform me whom to contact ? It is very unfortunate to observe that most of the tech applications of SBI do not work properly. Irritating and disgusting

The experience is highly unsatisfactory. It is one of the slowest apps. I eagerly opened it for life certificate but the video call was not happening. The app is not what it appears to be

Always it says unable to connect pl try again. Also very slow. Lots of time the forget password is not displayed. Some time it is available. When we receive new paaword from hrms we couldn't change in mobile application. But allows in laptop. All pensioners are not having laptop. Pl modify in mobile application as we can change our password .

The app was OK before the latest update. Now I can login but each time I access a service it will throw an error "invalid user ". Why would any App allow an invalid user to login with a correct user ID and password for???

App shows session expired everytime..10 times login with no no access because now login 11th time also. keeps on loading for hours needless to say..it shows nothing to us useful. kindly update it or remove so that people dont waste their time using it and then writing bad reviews for it.

What is the use of developing an app when the end users are not able to login? Since last one month or so only the message "loading....." is displayed.If at all, by chance, you are able to enter the credentials, the captcha doesnt appear...If the same was the case with an application used by customers, it may have been taken care of...

App is not opening even though my user ID and password is correct. It will stuck by showing login That's it ,not opening at all. Kindly look into the issue and revert back to me.

Worst version ever. Used to be an easy to use app. Now for months, not able to even login. Screen just freeze in loading message. Seems developers are not bothered about reviews at all.

It was such a nice and userfriendly apl meant for SBI staff. It covered almost all the necessary options of web. But for the past 2-3 months, it has gone worst. Not even able to login. Concernds to please resolve the issue asap.

Worst ever app. While opening, it's just loading and loading and loading, and it takes more than one minute. After that when we input our credentials, it says SORRY, UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE SERVER. TRY AFTER SOME TIME. TO HELL WITH SUCH APP😡

Worst app of sbi total IT failure. Unfortunately Bank's spends so much money on such apps but its not working always. After giving password message displays Coundt connect server try later. I don't remember last when I could be able to open this app.

The worst ever app. Doesn't have option of reseting of the PW. The menu part must necessarily be user friendly. The propriety of captcha is unwarranted and surprisingly very irritating. The overall experience is very pathetic and irritating.
