chat system sucks on Android, you can't see what you're typing or new responses because it's under the keyboard. the icons don't make sense and it's impossible to find the info you're looking for. they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, it wasn't even showing that an update was available. fyi, the reinstalling didn't help. also it logs you out unintentionally when you try to go back in the menu, and then it doesn't even save your username so you have to type it all again.
This app used to be amazing. Something happened recently that means it's now impossible to take photos within the app. This was one of the best features. I've tried amending my app permissions and uninstalling the app. Please fix this!
Usable for a starting period 2021 then it started crashing every single time I tried opening in 2022. Doesn't work even work when removed then re-downloaded

I CAN NOT GAIN ACCESS TO THE APP AT ALL ON MY PHONE ANYMORE SINCE YOUR LAST UPDATE. ONCE I HIT THE APP ON MY MAIN SCREEN PAGE IT TAKES ME TO THE SITE I SEE MY NAME AND PASSWORD ALL ENTERED AND IT KICKS ME RIGHT OUTTA THE SITE, KINDA POINTLESS TO HAVE THE APP IF YIU CANT DO ANYTHING WITH IT. PLEASE FIX AND CORREXT THIS ISSUE PLEASE AND THANKS. This was a good app until the last update.
Worst app ever!! Not at all worth the absolute nightmare hassle!!!! STAY AWAY... useless and now it doesnt open for me. Absolutely would give this app and service a negative number I would. Stay away!!!
The service is great and my money is reimbursed quickly but every time I try to view my balances the app crashes. Please fix.
The camera option stopped working - I used to be able to take a pic of my receipts but now the camera option does nothing. Pretty disappointing.
usually a great app thats easy to use and quick to get reimbursed, but as with others the latest update crashes upon start up!
Wont even allow me to login. My password works fine for the web browser but as soon as i try login in on the app apparently the passwords now wrong. Fix this bug asap
Contain log in error. website works fine logging in but the apps NEVER works stating my email is incorrect or doesn't exist when I use the exact same information to log into the website
The support via chat was quick and efficient. I used a computer, not the mobile app.
Previous issues with the app have been resolved. Nice and easy to use once again.
The app will not let me sign in, but if I go online it will. It is very frustrating

Great app and great service
The app is streamlined for simplicity sake; making a claim is really easy with my phone. Also, the real time processing for claims is great ss you don't need to keep checking over the course of a few days - just minutes. Love it, glad my employer picked this to manage our Health Spendimg Accounts!!
