SIM not detected and app not responding in Realme 6 mobile running on Android 10. Also put screenshot.

there is a bug in the app that not letting app to detect SIM in android 10 & 11.

Not able to select the sim to activate the app.
SIM is not detected on Android 11 on Samsung lite. There is an error message "Please select sim to activate" but the selection is empty.
