Worst app ever. Humana overall is the most complicated and tedious bunch of dummies to deal. The nerve of them to use offshore call centers where you can barely understand the attendent. I would cancel them in a heartbeat if I had something better in my state.
App still needs some work. I think when you need a refill on a prescription you have the option to delay and not cancel. Because last time I canceled, it was deleted from my refill list completely.
Most of the time can not get into app. Doesn't recognize member ID Says doesn't recognize password Was on phone with Humana rep for an hour and couldn't figure out why it wasn't letting me in. After multiple days of trying finally got all info to Humana now I can't get into view my documents. Very frustrating. Was able to get into account and use dashboard today for first time. If it works like it did today from now on it's a great app. Just have to wait and see.
The app is not user friendly at all. It's slow and frustrating to use because you have to go here, there and everywhere before you find what you need. Please, I'm not Sherlock Holmes!! It shouldn't be this difficult. Thanks. If the customer representatives were a little more informed, I would just call. However, none of them know anything.
I agree this is the worst app ever. Every time I try to sign in, my username and password is always wrong. Even when auto saved. For 2 yrs this is so maddening. Getting the correct info re my rx's is extremely frustrating. So so aggravated.
I'm going to try one more time to download this app. This app doesn't recognize my device nothing I use Botinical for pw and I have put my own. But I can never get loved into this app. This is the last time if it doesn't work I'm through. Humana could do something about this if they would. So discussed!!!
When you need services do you have the cash available to buy a new computer? Sad to see, a brand new version of the app on a five month old new phone does not share the Evidence of Coverage document. Are we given only a phone number? Next year I will download the Evidence of Coverage document before I get my vaccinations.
All I want to do is order med refills. I can't find where to do this. The previous med app was the easiest to order med refills. This app is terrible for me.
Best way to confirm my financial obligations. As billing from physicians are often times incorrect due the physician's lack of posting payments made by Humana prior to You receiving a billing notice. To conclude, when you get a bill from any physician or hospital while you are covered by Humana, I'd advise everyone to go to your Humana app before You write that check, and You will get, without errors the break down for the day in question.
What a complete waste of time!! Tried to use the provider finder to find an Orthopedic surgeon, and it lists Rheumatologists!! The facilities they list, even after I put in my zip code, are nowhere near where I live. I'm just going to uninstall it, because it doesn't do what it's supposed to do!! Maybe if the developers actually tried a little harder, and fDID THEIR JOBS, this app would actually work!! Instead it wastes your time!! I'm done!!
Keeps kicking me out saying I need to update pw and when i try it doesn't go through! Keeps lagging and ask for new code everytime! Frustrating!!!
The worst app ever. Cant register, cant use. Customer service is worse. "Sorry cant help. Is there anything else?" Seriously?!
I read the reviews on this app and they are not good at all, but I thought I would give it a try anyway. The reviews were right. This app is useless. I guess I had installed this app a good while back and I don't remember doing it. My Gmail has changed and no longer have access to my old Gmail. Therefore I could not get a code to reset my password. It doesn't have a place for resetting my username either. It would not take any of my information whatsoever. Need to fix these problems!!!
If you want to know how much your last bill was from a provider & how much you owe, and if you want to look up network providers, it's decent. Otherwise, it's useless. For example I need to go to a chiropractor. I would like to know if my plan covers that and what my copay will be. You can't find that information in this app. You have to go search and dig through the website. Took me an hour to finally find out on the website that my co-pay would be $20. So really, it's not MY Humana.
Horrible app!! Keep getting Access Denied message when asking to see ID card. It was easier to just use the website (although it os bad as well). Humana should and could do better. I only need the app to help my parents. I'm so glad I don't have Humana. Disgraceful!
First it wouldn't let me look up all providers. The app just would shut down and go back to the sign in page. I uninstalled then reinstalled and now it just says cannot sign in at this time.
This is by far the worst app I have ever used! Too many bugs to report but for example I click to view my prescriptions, I get only two (I have way more). I exit and click on my prescriptions and I get a completely different set of a few of my prescriptions and this goes on. I even get other people's prescriptions and ones from doctors I have never hear of!! Hippa regulations would have fun with this app!
Absolutely useless app! I can never log on without experiencing issues with my password or username. I've uninstalled it because it's just a pain.
Terribly disorganized. Quite buggy. Vision is not included within the app so it kicks you out to the website. That wouldn't be bad except the website is buggy as well - not a good experience
This app is extremely tiresome and tedious. The cumbersome way, that if I haven't used the app in awhile, and have to remember my password (although, I use a biometric thumbprint) is ridiculous to say the least. The developer needs to quit tinkering with the app. Keep the user interface and overall design easy to use and navigate through.
I just downloaded this app and I love it. There is so much I'm learning in such a short time.GGreat idea having an app folks.
Absolutely the worst App I have ever had to use. It never recognizes my device, I have to change my password everytime I try to log in. The transition from app to site always requires me to sign in again. How about but building an app that actually works?!?!?! The point of the app is to make it easy to find specialists and check your account and benefits, but it's harder than just using the website, which also never recognizes my device or password.
