My Android phone's Operating System newly updated 2 days ago. Google Play indicted there there's a problem with the newly replaced HUMANA app. The new HUMANA app will NOT run on my phone. This version is NOT supported! Nice update HUMANA. NOT!
I can't sign in. Is the mobile app the same as the website version? The mobile version doesn't accept my password.

I tried to download the new app, but when I touch the button for the updated version Nothing Happens!! Is there another place I can go to download?

I used to love this app until the new update, now when I sign it and it goes through all of it and when it says building your experience then a white box comes up and says SORRY CAN'T LOG YOU IN, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER! a day and half now this has been going. I even uninstalled the app and reinstall it but still doesn't work.
I just download this dam app and it wouldn't let me sign in what's going on y'all need to fix this now
Loved app until the update. Can no longer log in. Says try again later..ugh..
So i had a very bad experience with this app at first, i wrote a bad review for it, but then i got an email from them helping me to fix it.. it worked! ! My app is working perfectly now. And helps a lot!
Received an email a few days ago from the developer that it's being checked on. Been hearing crickets since. Uninstalled and deleted cache then re-installed new App, but same result. Too bad no options for no star. No need to contact me coz I'm uninstalling and viewing it through my browser instead.

Would not auto locate, kept shutting down. I could not get it to work properly any time I've tried it.
I've tried for several months to login. It accepts my password then all it says is: "An error has occurred. Please try again later." I have dutifully tried again later for 3 months. Humana hasn't been so diligent in improving their broken app.
Every time I try to register, it gives me an error message stating that registration is unavailable at this time and to try again later. It's been doing this ever since I downloaded it, approximately 2 weeks ago.
Don't waste your money on this HORRIBLE insurance! If u have any kind of chronic illness, ur screwed! $700 a month & they barely pay for medicine! Hell, seems like my discount RX cards saved me more! And they are free! Pain management... Might as well forget it! And there app is just as bad as there insurance! Good luck unless ur on Medicare...
I will never remember the password (because its so long) and the need to input it every time I load the app makes this app unusable.
as of January 1 2016 we are no longer accepting Humana insurance. .so nice to see that when you walk in the doctors office
It seems that with the update that I get less information then what I did before the update. Not happy with that because I had information right at my fingertips for a doctor. I know for a fact that looking at the pain management to find a doctor that they have a doctor that is no longer world with Humana's patients.
