What good is it to have an app on your phone that doesnt work. Nothing loads. I need to get into my LinkedIn e-learning link fir my work and can't access it. Please fix this
Slow loading and too many options on single page, its a work to find what you need without getting distracted. Much of these options are unnecessary
Its been working fine on both my phones for the last 2 years but has suddenly stopped working and is stuck at 16% , despite uninstalling and installing several times..still not working on samsung S10 plus
Stops loading at 16% , I uninstall and reinstall, makes no difference, totally pissed off , this is supposed to be a university and they can't get this right.
Really poorly written app that is supposed to help students at HWU but like everything else at the uni is needlessly complicated and rarely functions properly.
I wouldn't have reviewed this if it didn't have so many negative reviews. I think the app works great, I mainly use it to access emails.
Though I installed the app, I am unable to use it. It tries to download new package. At 33% it fails. Can you please fix this?
Its crashing all the time and I have to reinstall it each time for it to work
Was working okay, but now won't load past 33% ' downloading new packages' Tried unistalling/reinstalling but doesn't change.
Its ridiculous how two years old comments still describe the biggest flaw of this app. It won't open no matter how hard you try. 16 and 33. This should not be looked over.
The App doesn't work, i re-installed a few times but still doesn't work
Tiles take forever to load. Movement shaky. Just all in all frustrating to use.

For everyone having authentication problems, remember to use your HW email, I was trying to log in with my personal email and it didn't work, I guess it recognises only the HW domain!
It does not even open..besides i had to create a microsoft account to sign in but it does not let me create one either. Anybody any ideas?
App takes nearly 50 seconds to start up, email often doesn't register read mail as read, no easy way to select emails, android back button doesn't work as it should when navigating the app. It still feels pretty beta and none of the before mentioned problems have been addressed since the release of the app.
Great idea. Needs a little work on the UK. Make it a little bit simpler. You have a great start to a really useful app

it takes so long to load, and gets stuck at 16% and 32%. had to reinstall after using it the eight time. it's actually a very useful thing, if these issues are not fixed and doesn't runs smooth it will become a great useful tool.
