MyID – Medical ID Profile

This doesn't allow you to enter your birth date manually. You have to scroll back month by month, year by year, and when you're in your seventies that can take forever! I gave up, and without a birth date, you can't use the app.

I purchased the plus/upgrade/ whatever it's called and it's useless for reminders. I get the notification, but it won't go to the meds when you click on it after that first time. It also shows up on the wrong time when daylight savings changed. It's extremely frustrating and a waist of money. The records keeping is okay, but that's the only pay product that works on this thing.

I've been trying for over 8 months trying to get the reminders to activate. When the notification comes up and I click on it, it goes to the app and that's as far as it goes. I've talked to Myid and they stated that they couldn't replicate the problem. I've even reset my phone and just ran the app. I have a Samsung sg9+ running Android 10.

This is a nice program and nice to use. I ended up putting 2 stars. The main reason is because I'm tired of getting a few emails a day to check out the trial of $1.99 to $19.99 ever since I bought my second product and already have the plan since my first product. I feel I have to pay $19.99 each time I buy something. RE: Just received an email that my trial is almost over. But it doesn't say if it says about the first payment I made or the second payment it wants me to make for second product.

I would have a whole charm bracelett if I had a charm for every medical alert that EMS should be notified about. This app is fantastic! Every QR product they sell links right to this as well. I can update any information right from the app. Super easy to use, & covers every detail you might need. I have been using the free version of the app for over a year. You can do so much without upgrading to plus.

Immediately after installing, they require signing up for an account starting with your email address. This is before you can even test out the app to see if it meets your requirements. If it doesn't and the app is uninstalled, the data you have provided is still in their possession. There are Med ID apps that provide ICE info without harvesting email address where they can constantly notify you to upgrade to the paid app. No thanks, you keep your app and I'll keep my data.

Biggest plus is the scan-capable, med info watchband attachment for emergency personnel to access this app.

This app is great with one exception. The calendar takes forever to move through. It would be much easier to just be able to enter month/day/year instead of scrolling through to get to the correct year.

Great app coupled with the watch sleeve, EMS can scan the code with a camera and it gives the medical info you imput in the program. Meds, history, procedures, etc. As detailed as you want. Great for people who have unseen issues. Cardiac, implants, fragile diabetes, can all be listed. Great security with emergency numbers too.

Can people read? It's free. If you want upgrades it's $1.99 a month. It is $19.99 for the year. Not a price range for products. One price. It is all incredibly clear. I don't know how anyone could misunderstand any of it at all. A child could manage. It's handy and useful. Very cheap for what it is and functional.

Love the app and it doing what I want it to do but the only issue I have it the plus upgrade is a monthly/yearly subscription and I would rather pay a one time payment and call it a day, so that's my personal dislike about this because the plus upgrade I would 100% used. But as it stands, it's still a great app.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but I uploaded documents to my labs and other medical procedures but I can't view them. Even when I try to download them, I still can't see them. I have the Profile Plus so I pay for this so I should be able to view my documents! Update: I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful! I found out it was my own error. I love this app. It is wonderful!

This is a great idea and I am glad I can list my medical information on the service. Linking the app to my band that goes on my watch is handy. Only problem is ... wow, it seems like a bait and switch. Nothing said that the service was pay based for more than listing doctor names, meds and contacts. I have the basics in there, but wow, letting customers know you are charging for the service up front would be nice.

I've been using the MYID for about a year. It's sturdy and easy to wear. I have additional tabs for diabetes and allergy so it's readily available. I would suggest adding something to indicate First Responders should flip the bracelet over to retrieve info, but I would expect most of them should be aware to do this. It's ready to scan the code and your info comes up quickly. You can entry as much or little info as you want. Very happy with it.

This is an excellent emergency id app. I really like placing the QR code on the lock screen. I researched several apps and found that this one has convenience and room for lots of information.. I have helped others install it and they too are pleased. The only thing I recommend is a drop down for the date of birth. I cannot enter the year without manually going back month by month. Thanks.

Quite the contrast to my original experience, customer service was very responsive to my first review and had the issue resolved within minutes. I now have access to my original profile and can edit at will, avoiding the inconvenient updating methods of other medical alert devices. The QR code on a simple stretchable band also elimiates the discomfort and weathering concerns of other IDs.

Love it! I absolutely LOVE this app! I take ALOT of meds, see ALOT of doctors and have a lot going on with my health. This allows me to keep everything in one place and in case of an emergency everything is in one spot! It's so user friendly and easy to keep updated on the run.

good app overall. not been in it in ages. but went to update my photo, app asks to authenticate again then shows an error. refuses to allow me to update my photo. please fix! also, the new inbox, why is there no delete or opt out? otherwise a great app for info for health services in an emergency, but its asks for pin or fingerprint all the time.

I love these bracelets and the app that goes along with them. As an EMT, I was trained to look for emergency alert bracelets. But back in the day, often the information was outdated. This app allows you to change your info as it happens, so you can always have accurate info! Great job!

Well done. MyID products are absolutely incredible and come in a variety of styles and colors. I just bought the HIVE medical ID band, along with 2 medical sliders and by far this bracelet is hands down the best one I've purchased!! The MyID app is very useful, and well done. It absolutely coincides with the products that are sold. Great job!

Would be nice to be able to do the following: - Set multiple treating physicians for conditions. I have two neurologists, an opthalmologist, and a neurosurgeon all treating me for the same condition. - Set emergency list contact priority. My dad is a doctor so he's #1, but I can't change the order of emergency contacts and there's no rhyme or reason to why it orders them the way it does; it's not alphabetical, the numerical order they were added, or anything. It just does what it wants.

I have been paying for the subscription for over a year now and today I go in and can't access anything, my medical documents are not available and I am totally shut out of everything and it says that I need to upgrade to the premium one yet the payment for May came out on May 2nd. I will be cancelling this if it isn't resolved.
