Very simple, they don't drag out the suspense...
Was told by the monitoring company to download and use app to work with them due to issues caused by breaches. Can't log in, used suggestions and still nothing. So much unnecessary frustration in an already frustrating situation.
App is a joke. Cant sign in. Say password or email is bad after changing multiple times. Makes me wounder about the monitoring. I have a alert and cant check it. Or take hours on a phone fixing it.
Great app and great features. Most extensive identity protection out there. Even can lock and unlock you credit.
this app does not take me to the same account that was set up...the dash board is weak

Not sure if this is a fake app or not, but you can't login with OPM login from MyIDCare website! Beware!
dont waste your time with this app. if you think its the same as your free OPM account it is not. i wasted an hour trying to reset my password using the reset your password link thinking its the same as the OPM website!!!! meanwhile i was constantly giving away my username and password to this server thinking it was the same as the OPM server. it is not!!! It is nothing but a backdoor to steal your OPM myidcare username and password!! you guys suck!!!
Unfortunately cannot sign in because app does not recognize the 2-step verification via Google Authenticator.
There is no option for OPM account holders... hope you can add this soon. Developer very responsive to feedback.
Can't log in with this app. My MYIDcare is thru OPM and this app doesn't work thru that
I couldn't log in with my valid ID and password that works on the site
You claim to have millions of customers but your app only has 10,000 downloads. My security app advised me to uninstall it saying that it is a "low reputation app" Your permissions run no matter what
Unfortunately couldn't use this app since my subscription is managed by OPM, not necessarily the fault of the devs.
Mobile app will not download. Tried twice with no luck.
