Unable to register for some reason at the second stage. Keeps saying I'm missing information, even though there is a green check mark stating I'm fine. To go back and see what's "wrong" I'd have to input all the information again. Cleared the cache and everything. Very frustrating. Going to attempt to use the phone number instead. :/
I was unable to input my insurance information on the app. It kept kicking back that it was unable to process it because of an unknown error. I then decided to call for a consultation. They informed me that their doctors were not capable of writing a script for my birthcontrol ( my primary care doctor's office shut down with no notice, and my script expired.) Figured this would be an easy solution, but I was wrong.
I can't give this an honest review, because I CAN NOT enter my insurance. It was easy to enter all other information, until the insurance part. I read that y'all fixed the "bugs", and I honestly don't know what those were, if it had anything to do with the entering of information, then all is not fixed. If I ever get the chance to use this app, I will come back and give another review. Anyone else having problems entering your insurance?
Ok, I guess. I had to go through the website to put my insurance info in. The app wouldn't accept it. It didn't take long for a doctor to call back but the meds I was given only masked it for a while until I eventually had to be rushed to the hospital. Although I won't blame the doctor for that, I will say the app was difficult to use. I had to have help getting help! I ended up calling the number on my insurance card to be able to use the app. NOTHING beats an office visit!
App doesn't work but online does. Wont let you enter insurance info on the app. The app is garbage. But if you go to their website, it works perfectly. Got meds and called within a few minutes. Don't bother with the app. Use the online portal. Google Myidealdoctor login.
Dear developer, please consider convenience of use for the end user when making updates here. I went no further than my date of birth in initital registration because i am 40 years old, and there was no way to manually enter my birth date. It wanted to force me to manually scroll back to my birth year. Not a complaint, per se, but if the app is that non-intuitive at the start, then it probably doesnt improve with further use. Please consider these small details in your future updates.
I have used this app many times now , & each and everytime it has been a great experience for myself .. it is user friendly , very efficient, knowledgeable doctors , quick response time . I would recommend it to all my family and friends .
Depending on the doctor you get I was very pleased. It does need to run a little smoother as one point I was waiting for over an hour before I realized I hadn't got the text and didn't finish filling everything out.
Don't bother with this company, they can't even fax anything for work related with release of information. They can only use email which they claim is safer. So if you need anything faxed for work you a better off not dealing with them.
Just downloaded this app. Went to do a behavior consult and the 4 providers that are "available" have no consults available! Does this work on a daily basis or is this scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis. HELP!
i was able to sign in finally. I updated my medical record, but my status remains inactive. So I'm not able to make a consultation.
I didn't find the app very difficult, and most of the doctors are great. Especially, Dr. Terndrup A+.
Keeps crashing! Doesn't work at all. I can't get in to see a doctor, so I'd like to talk to one over this as provided by my insurance but I can't even get it to work.
App updated now it won't even open. And don't get me started on the terrible service with this thing.
Downloaded. Put all the information including insurance and Member ID for my insurance, trying to create an account. It wouldn't let me because it said I needed an insurance carrier and member ID.
For if you ever sick and don't wanna go to the emergency that u can use this and talk to a doctor by phone or video and allow you to upload files if you need to for better results
My only issue is that I can't upload pictures when they're required. Otherwise it's a great app.

Great telehealth app! I've used MYidealDOCTOR 3x's when I couldn't get in to see my PCP after hrs/wknds & my experiences were all 5☆! A feature I appreciated was being able to choose to see same Dr as a previous visit. Records are kept in app & you can add pertinent details so drs have some background info before visit. Also, you choose between video or telephone visits. Both docs I saw were thorough, courteous, efficient & really listened. App is easy to use & well-designed. Great work, Devs!
