Useless because of crashing. App crashes about every other time I use it. I open the weekly circular and click on an item to clip coupon and crashes everytime. Therefore, I'm not able to clip or use any coupons.
Constantly crashes every couple minutes making it impossible to even create a list and add items to cart. The layout is clunky and dated. Does IGA really want our business? Because this app says otherwise. People who like the convenience of Walmart's pick up service but hate their produce selection and out of stock items would love an alternative but IGA is not it.
App and cash registers do not sync. When you're in the store you MUST tell clerk that you have digital coupons! This is not a very user-friendly system. Today the cash register said said my phone was not recognized when i entered it into the POS. I got home went through the app and my phone number is correctly registered inside the app. Not to impress so far.
Can't get a way to sign up for an account. Can't get the Owensboro store location--only Jasper comes up. Can't download digital coupons because app doesn't work at all. I guess you don't really want new customers
Every time I try to save a digital coupon it says I have to sign up for it. No where do I see that option. Very frustrating. I downloaded the app and it is still telling me this.
App is terrible. User cannot be identified. Please sign in. I tapped OK. IGA logo is the only thing on the screen. The app doesn't let you sign in. What good is that????????????
Love this ap It is so easy to use. The only thing i dont like about it is that you cant just tap the coupons to add them. It is a bit aggravating but it is still very helpful and easy to use.
Download is 10x larger than needs to be at just under 100mb. So they lie about the size straight off. Have to sign up and provide your ph number. Provide email, all so they can endlessly spam you no doubt. Proabally sell your number and email on the dark web I guess. All that just to know if their stale funky bread is 10 cent less. Uninstalled it instantly never giving it a shot.
Downloaded this App. When picking the area, I couldn't. It had all Southern and Western states Not the state I live in. Theres NO Option for typing in a zip code!! Uninstalled!
Wish that I could give this app half of a star. This app is one of the worst I've ever used. Can't clip any of the digital coupons. 😡
Freezes up and coupons aren't available for useuntil hours later. Don't try using as last minute addition to your queue.
Wants WAY TOO MUCH personal information. Can't find the weekly ad on this app. I used to shop there a lot, now seldom. Deleted app.
Horrible. The digital coupons do not which is one of the main reasons I even downloaded the app.
Apps okay just go to New Carlisle store and they don't carry half the adjust a gimmick at New Carlisle store to get you there. 👍 Thumbs up on an app 👍. 👎 Thumbs down on the store 👎
Doesn't have my store as an option. I guess the one I go to for groceries is just a figment of my imagination.
I can't get the st Stephen iga to come up to even get digital coupons so no use to me.
I don't know if it's this app or if it is the store. But the digital coupons never work. And the employees could care less.
Couldnt get past create account. Said I had to pick a store but mine wasnt there. The entire state of West Virginia is in fact a state. Idk who came up with this but they need to do their homework & if they are goingcto force someone to pick a location its a good idea to list all locations. Daniels, WV 25832

Love the app but not all stores carry ad items..hard to do a grocery list if products arent there. Yall should go back to Cooks ham. You sell out at holidays why not make it regular? Could not find a store near me on the app even though I'm within 20 miles of 3.
The app keeps closing and a pop-up says it has a bug in it. I can't edit the list because it closes the app. Also when I select "view more" the app closes or just flashes without showing more in some areas. The app will be great once the bugs are fixed.
