Always Loading Great try guys, but you seem to be very behind in the Technology department.. this is 2019, let's try to do better. For now I have to use the app on a WiFi connection only because of the constant loading squeezing out my little data. In 2020, I'd like to see Unlimited voice and data like other parts of the world.

very frustrating. at first it worked perfectly fine however the moment I changed phones I could no longer login I tried countless times for over a month now and nothing. I even reported it hoping to get help and apprantly this case is unknown and cannot be fixed. I liked the app a lot and I dislike using the *121# rout its tedious and annoying... dont ever download this app and change phone it'll stop work. so 3 stars from me. I would love to give 5 stars but I cant lie about this.

I have been trying to open this app for over 24hrs and it's not going past loading, I Un-installed it and installed it twice and same result. Therefore it gets no stars. Couldn't get to post without giving a star.

because apua recycles the numbers in such a short time after not being used, the system automatically stores the previous owner's info preventing u from creating your own inet acct... keeps telling me that the number im using is already registered when i never registered it. Inet please correct this

great app but please, the topup platform is not user friendly at all. one of the very few pages inet can take from digicel's book

I'm trying to login and it keep saying invalid credentials... I've changed my password over and over and it still saying the same thing

Ask for your number but then gives you no choice to choose it. Terrible app won't trust putting my account info in this system.

Very useful app however I changed phone and can't remember username. So I'm locked out..

I cant get pass the username i enter my number it asked for user name and password enter my name and a password still not letting me in not going thru fix please...
