The functionality is there, although some design problems exist, for example if you are disconnected from a network while in the app, it will automatically prompt you with a connectivity issue message, and then you need to restart the app for it to work again, no retry button or anything!

a lot of features and settings fail with error messages related to server. UI improved but app is still useful for just a few things, and i see a long long road in front of this to be a world class app. it is absolutely bad and offers very limited functionality. purchasing internet packages is easier with other apps like Asan Pardakht!

It's just confusing an operator like this, which is more likely the boss of all operators in Iran gives such a bad and cheap app for it users. You feel like you're using an app which was made during dark era(2003 something). Please remove the yellowish theme and add a nice dark theme, remove the ADS and have some respect for your customers. I really like this operator and also got a TD-LTE sim card & I'm convinced with the speeds and all that but such a bad app can't be acceptable.

Most of the times it has connectivity problems, while the network is connected via wifi & is ok or by using data it doesn't open the app and prompts a message "make sure you're connected through wifi or your phone's data". Really annoying! Fix it please as soon as it's possible.

It was working fine and i had no issue But in the latest version i get the"failed to capture payment" a lot and no matter ho many times i reset the app or toggle my network connection on and off it won't solve the problem I would really like it if you looked into this Thank you

One of the worst persian apps on the market. Aethestically awful and least user-friendly possible. Its UI and UX is of the past decade and needs to be redesigned completely.

I'm fully satisfied with this app. Lightweight, fast, full of great features, nice interface, etc. Contrary to MyMCI, you can manage multiple accounts with this. Also, it has a lot more features and much nicer UI. Thank you Irancell.

It's very bad apps. Most of the time it's not work and dosen't open. It is very slow app. The last versioen dosen't open. An eror is your phone is not coneect to internet.

Awful app. There are a lot of features but almost don't working anytime. App server is weak and not working to good.

The first time I installed the program, no message was sent to me until it was finally corrected through the call option, but after a few months, it asked for the password again, and this time the code that was sent was not correct. Now how can I enter the program ??!😡 30 GB of internet was not activated for me and many others.😑 Solve the problem of entering the program in general ... It has bugs. Sorry, but this program should be given a negative rating

it's unable to connect to its server. moreover very slow performance and extremely expensive 4G packages. customer service is bad and they are DUMB

Worst customer experience ever! App is full of bugs and connection issues! I've been trying to open my profile for more than 2 hours and it just freezes on loading page!!!

It doesn't work more than half of the times. It says can't connect, while the Internet is working fine. Also they made the app worse by many unnecessary options and links.

It is treble application,This application is used only in Iran and is inactive with servers abroad, it is more like a joke. On the other hand, you can not pay outside Iran.

This app has a big problem that caused me trouble, I will explain. When a user wants to buy an internet package for someone as a gift, he / she mistakenly activates the package for himself / herself and this problem is not really acceptable and justifiable.

I have difficult times opening the app. Even though I'm using Irancell data it says I'm not connected while I my data is JUST FINE. What is wrong with this app?? You limit some actions to this while it is not even working properly??? Its irresponsibility!

This app gets more useless an annoying after each update .I don't know who are the developers of this junk .but they have to improve the connection between app and server .It deserves less than 4 stars for rating .sorry for my tense comment. it's for good

What's wrong with it?? Like since I installed this app it worked great but lately for a few months It's not working most of the time!! As a user of this service and this app I expect the best quality but none have been considered. This disconnections are walking on my nerves so pls fix them asap and be the same as u were in past!

The speed is not good. Sometimes the app can't be opened , it seems the problem is with hosting if the app.

This app used to be working fine before some of the recent updates. I don't know why it doesn't connect most of the times and forces the user out of application.

This app does absolutely nothing. NOTHING. Bugs.Bugs.Bugs Slow, unreasonable bills, and and and.... I pay money for my mobile data but guess what! They steal money. No returning. No mobile data.

Why did you change the place of everything on the app??? The new home page is truly annoying and so loaded that I can't find what I'm looking for. The new update has made the app much harder to use

That was a Lukewarm but did not as well down or perfect versions app in that's per grade in the world, I sure that be able to get better than if development wants to be professional service providers.

Its very good and easy, but when i want to exit the app, it said are u sure ?? ( so i have to press the back button for second time ) , then it thanx for using the app ( thats the third times i have to press the back ) Pls remove these stupid things....,

The schematic star have 5 wing, as a matter of fact, my irancell program only get one wing or 2 of the first star (albiet with leniency ). Check your system. Customers time is mattered. By the fact that your service support operators could not get the simple issues by Persian language; therefore, I try English to find understanding if any! We obliged to use system because of oligopsony in cell phone operators so almost all of them wasting the time and money of the customers.

I used this app alot and its much better than other operators that i used in Iran and Turkey (hamrahe avval, turkcell, vodafone). But i give it 1 star cuz its not working anymore, probably outside Iran.
