Upon opening the app, it asks to update or exit. Two update and brings you to the play store. Now you can open or uninstall the app. Open app asks the same question. It is an awful cycle of getting no where!
Every time I try to open this app, it says I need to update. But when I try to, it takes me to the store and acts like it already has the latest update - from October of 2018! Then when I search the Google Play store, I cannot find the app at all!
Have the app, keeps prompting me to update, so I go in to my apps, it's showing recently updated and update not available...but it won't let me go on beyong that update prompt page. ☹️🙄🤔
Always liked the app until they stopped supporting older phones. Now I'm not able to update unless I get a newer phone. UPDATE: It's official, the new myirving app does not support my Samsung s6 anymore.
For two weeks the app keeps asking me to update app, when I click it tells me to install. It's already I stalled. Fix whatever is wrong because I can't see my points
It should show you where you are in terms of the 50 gal/$50 instore. rather than just showing you if you have a reward or not. then you would know how much more for each that you need.
Same issue as Michelle, app says to update then install when it is already installed. App does not open. Junk!!!!!
What the app says you get for rewards and what the actual rewards are are very different. I have been swiping my rewards card for the last few months when filling up for gas and obtained zero rewards to show for it....
totally useless new points card . You can't use if you don't have your card with you. ie you pay at the tank and bring the receipt inside to the cashier with my card Inside my phone. (you know that they have apps you can store all your card in witch is very convenient)
Would like the app if it gave you information about your account. No way to find out the yout current rewards status or history.
I really love having the Irving card has saved me lots off gas and easy to use when link your card. The app is great to check your history as well.

This app promts me to do an update , I do the update it sends me in circles. I cant use this app , The fule I've gotten hasn't earned points why ?. I cant use my rewards credit from last month eaither ? Its like this app is no longer in use? Whats going on here ??
Every time I try to open the app it tells me it needs to be updated. The app is showing no updates are needed.
Useless the register receipts used to have the gallons to next reward. Now it says go to the app. But the app is useless.
This app doesn't even allow you to use it at the pump twice I've now tried to use it and have gotten screwed out of the saving money
Not sure where to check my rewards balance in the app. i see it on my receipts but no where in the app can I check it.
Keeps telling me to update. I go to update brings me back to the Play Store where there is no upgrade since October of 2019
Hard to navigate. We get all these points and you can't even check it on the app.
Useless Android phone and tablet app cannot be opened in a loop of leading you to myirving but never updates
Read the whole disclaimer people! Search for myirving rewards. A whole new icon appears. Just delete the old one
Useless!!! It will show you transactions but not where you are at to your next discount earned
I have to chosse between my Caa card or this one while it is not specified on the promo that you cannoy mix the 2. big fail, uninstall

This should be like the Cumberland Farms app and allow you to pay at the pump. The rest is pretty much useless.
It's NOT easy to save... Went to pump gas. Wanted Debit discount. Went inside. Got the card. Downloaded the app. It said "Register Here". Tapped the button. Filled out info. Failed to register. Called support. They told me it doesn't work on mobile. I told them that was ridiculous, the app directed me to register, not "go home to your computer and register." I hung up. I found a workaround. Registered Debit card. Didn't get discount. Went to print receipt. "Receipt Fail"... no, you fail, Irving.
