Just keeps telling me that the userid/password is incorrect. I have tried multiple times and all fail. I am positive that I have entered the correct data which is the same as I use on my computer when connecting to their website to print my statement.
This app sucks. If no star was an option, that's what would be here. the old way was better. who was paid to give this app 5 stars anyway? I can't enter my email address it tells me its wrong- my account number - wrong..password wrong. Go back to what works. Next thing you know customers will be charged a late fee for this mess not working. I'm just mailing the damn check. Apps aren't for everything.
I cannot stand this app! I have two accounts and they are always merged. Usually I can at least pay one and not the other but I can't even do that right now! I do not understand why the accounts have to be merged!!! so now I have to get out my laptop, log on and go into the regular site to make a payment on one account and not the other. ☹️
Every month.... I log in to the app to pay my bill.... have to attempt to reset password. Then get a message that we cannot help you at this moment. Try again later. Set up fingerprint scan.... still messes up. Waste of my time. Then continue to get a late fee cause I can't get into it....
App is easy to use and is also a easy was to make a payment and recieve my information
Never had any problems with the app. Allows me to track my monthly usage and it's super easy to pay my bill each month. Works great for me!
Please go back to us easily making a simple payment online. This app is terrible! The password never works. Do I have time to call customer service, and should I need to in 2019? No. Make it easier to reset passwords on the customer's own manner. Set up security questions.
Just tried to create an app account... got the email sent to me with the new account password and after multiple times trying... it keeps getting an error... way to go JacksonEMC
Ads come with the app. I just want to see my electric bill, not Dell Emc ads. App is always running in the background eating away at my data.
I love this app I can go and pay my bill and I have to worry about it no more

there is not a valid reason to have social networks,e.g. Facebook, Twitter and snapchat, listed in an app for utility services. how can I put my trust in a company that monetizes my private info?my power bill is my business, not for social media. very bad look,uninstalling.

Why am i not allowed to log in?? I know my info is correct!!! Plz fix this !!! Never had a problem until now . I really enjoy this app. And from the looks of things I am not the only one having issues. 😞😞😞😞😞😞
Can't make payments on it anymore. Won't take my card and it won't give me a way to confirm my payment.

Great app for paying bill and tracking longterm usage.
Who knows their billing acct number off the top of your head??? U want us paperless and don't allow for any way to look up login.
Could be laid out better, otherwise easy enough to use.

Cant open account to pay bill
The app is not connected to anything. Got locked out putting in the password I've had. Then if you try to change your password, good luck. It doesn't recognize account numbers or the name of the account holder or your email. Basically, the app leads to a blackhole. It's pointless.
