Useless updates. I can't even activate my upcoming data balance. There isn't even an activate botton. Jio care is also useless. Not helpful at all. They sent me a video on how to do it. And it was about the older version. They even sent me an activate option .. And guess what?? There was no activate botton. Useless.
Update: Haven't seen video ads for some time now. ** Please get rid of ads that play automatically, on full volume, when the app is opened or keep it muted with the option to activate sound left to the customer. It is obnoxious and an irritant. Tried leaving this feedback on the app. The "Submit Feedback" button did not work.
Shouldn't have given that one star too. Jio does not deserve it. For a few days , jio is recklessly wasting my daily data without any proper reason behind it. Tried all sorts of data saving techniques ( data saver, low resolution , prohibiting all apps from data usage permissions , switching off data when not in use), restricted my usage as well but to no avail. It's a complete menace. Every second, they are charging me exorbitant. Mobile usage had never been so terrific as this. 😡
It is very convenient to use My Jio app to manage the Jio Fiber router settings. But there is a concern that anyone who has access to the phone can view and alter the router settings. This is a security risk. I would suggest that you add a password lock for the My Devices section and Recharge for a Friend feature in My Jio app. This will prevent unauthorised view of confidential router information and other misuse. Hope you will incorporate this through an App upgrade.
This is an ideal all in one app if you're using Jio simcard and Jio Fibre. I've never really explored the potential it holds and am discovering it only now. It has very good features and also the best part it they have enough manpower to backup their services. I feel the app has alot of potentials and would hold key to a big wide world of new things.
This app is very bad because the app sometimes has a lot of problems. If you set jio Tune option, it doesn't work properly. I have even faced a lot of systematic problems. This problem has been going on for a long time. Its inconvenience for a user . Please fixed the bugs.
The worst service I have ever experienced. I have jio fiber subscription that includes Netflix, Amazon prime video and other app subscriptions. After the recharge Prime video showed that I have to purchase prime video subscription separately, which was inclusive in the plan. Now, I'm simply going to discontinue Jio fiber service.
Bekaar app he. The app is restarting itself many times. Due to which i wasn't able to recharge my phone. I wanted to Choose Rs 719 plan of 2 GB/ day for 84 days, but that restarting issue continued. It was fluctuating so much that I was literally confused which pack to choose. Lot of advertisements push the packages downward.
Users are unable to raise service request for Jio fiber inconvenience. Customer support doesn't know where the option was. They are navigating users to some wrong options. This is very bad in terms of user experience. This has to be changed and requires end-to-end testing before any updates.
Great app and experience. But the app has too many things and is difficult to navigate and easy to get lost. Also experience lag in the app. UI revamp is a must. Also remove that blue color, looks bad.
Terrible. They send rotten vegetables and for refund they just are not bothered. Have to follow up with them and they send an automated email that check on the app. It's been over a month and I have been following up but they haven't done anything on refund. Better never to order through them.
Very bad service, notification shows something and something different happens in the app. Plans gets activated automatically and they say that we have done it from our side. Customer support also keeps changing their words everytime you call.
Annoying app, asks for all sorts of private permissions and sends constant ads and offers through notifications. The promotional notifications are not even separated into a different channel so we can't turn that off separately.
Bad experience with service procided. I couldn't use broadband and when raised complaint no one viaited premises and reschedule appointment on their own. I dont recommend it as for new connection approach is very fast but once have converted couldn't resolve issue. Better search for better options available. Also please don't use set top box as its waste of money. No use of My Jio App
Whenever there is a bad weather or a power cut,there is no network in my area.This problem has always been there but it appears that they never try to fix this problem .I have raised this issue many times before but i got the old same scripted reply stating that i should my settings. Time to switch it in Airtel ,at least they don't have any network issue.
My jio app has everything apart from what it was meant to be. You can never see data remaining or total, plan, information related to account. You never get notifications of 40 percent or 90 percent usage when it is over or used in real time like before. Ads over ads and full-screen ads with un-mutable sounds against Google ad polices. And the email they give in every reply here is never responded back seeing this since 2016. Totally useless app not working in any way. Not recommended for users.
The app forcefully save your card details. There is no option to deselect the process inspite of court notification. And if. I want to remove the saved cards & go through the profile - then I get a message that "something has gone wrong". Why do I even have to save the card to make payment? This should be optional & not mandatory
Very bad service. Delivery date changes from 2 days to 1 week. Also the products are not delivered in 1 shipment. Even after booking some items get cancelled at the time of delivery. Plz be quick in delivery as other apps deliver in 2 days. My shipment i received after 8 days and that too in 4 parts. 3 items got cancelled in the mean time.
Definitely not satisfied with your services. Opted for relocation in the same society through this app and no one turned up. It's been one and and half months. I have huge amount of balance left in my Jio fibre set top box. Finally I opted for new connection and requested to cancel my old subscription and return my deposit money by taking back the box. Again the wait is never ending. Neither this app nor the customer service is helping.
Garbage customer service. Their customer service accessibility is terrible. The only way to contact them is through calls and the bot doesnt directly give any command options to talk with an executive. There used to be a live chat option on their website but it doesnt exist anymore. The only queries you can ask is the general ones which are already accessible through the app. Its unintelligent to have a company make specific queries impossible to resolve. Most frustrating experience ever.
It is very irritating that my data balance has finished before expiry date, I again recharge the same but cannot activate my upcoming plan. I cannot able to do any work at home due to this problem. Customer care are unable & useless to solve the issue. Please help.
Worst app ever. Just because am using this network it doesn't mean I'll comply everything you set in app. I can't see my usage at all after the update. And for fiber I am not able to cancel or unregister it. I mean you should be flexible with adding an account and also cancellation. Paying money to jio is easy but changing an account or cancelling one is so hard.
This app is a trash, it's shameful that such a big name as jio can't even build a proper app. It's laggy as hell buggy as hell many time the data doesn't refresh it's never in the RAM no matter how high end phone you have. It just needs a lot of improvement!
Pethatic app, and customer support. I've been trying to raise a relocation request, but the app is stuck on loading view. Upon calling the customer care, they say they can't accept the relocation request, one can do so only on the app. But app has this bug. I have relocated to a new place but my fiber connection, is still not transferred. Very disappointing. And I hope jio team reads this and put a relocation request. Please don't tell to go to help and select relocation from menu.
We are observation so many issue in jeopardy network. Maximum time getting poor network connectivity, internet is not working, network signal is flapping, when weather is little bit bad then not getting internet speed. Every day evening 6PM network is going down. Hope work on this and fix to resolved the issue.
Very poor network! I have to go outside for recieving any call. I can't watch anything online😢 Even it takes minutes for sending photos or searching anything!! I raised this issue many times but nothing has developed. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️
Since two days my internet connection is not working .they installed it and asked us to wait but till now the technical team are not able to sort out the issue of router .why they ask full payment If it doesn't work properly .no help ,no support .I just thought it's better than Airtel but it's not. Till two days after multiple complaints also no help from your app
