I used to be the first/second batch of users to use this app. Remember the old name 'MSS' and now it called as Omni Street. Used to think that this app has a very high chance in the market(if they continue improving) and now, not so anymore. Very dissatisfied with the interface and it is not a user friendly app, imo. If you want your app to break through in this market, better change the bad parts about this app. Refer to Shopback app to inprove omni. Such a shame and such a wasted opportunity.

Stupid apps. Really useless, i spend mostly shoping online using this apps. Then, after they change and update and before update too, they got expiring point. Really useless. Cannot claim any of my point to redeem. Because after the update all my point become zero. Stupid, learn from shopback please. That how they see how much they already spend and can collect money without expiration. That how it should work. You want people to use they point. But got nothing and limited thing to redeemed

this app is useless..try very hard to earn enough point to claim the voucher but after redeem it, there's no news about the voucher. I don't receive any email or notifications about my voucher. Search for multiple times in the apps but it only stated redeemed. Such a rubbish. Even don't get any reply from the email that reported them about this matter. Really hate it

I should praise the IT team of Synergy for your hardworking. However, if u spend some time to look at the speed loading test, u should go for it. Coz it took 1 min to load the homepage as a 1st time user. In addition, the reason why I uninstalled this apps for the past few months was because of the shopping tools (shopee/lazada) has been redirected to the browser instead of the apps itself. It some kind of trouble some and not so user friendly (genuine feedback from me, a software tester)

Having GREAT experience with it!!! ... Does what it should do and lots of shops being updated everyday both online and offline as well its features. ... Once having problems to get cash points and reward points online, but the customer service quickly solve these by emailing them and now I heard can call them freely if having any issues. ... Really really useful app to have around being using it for almost 2 years 👍

To those who thinks this app is a scam, do read my review. There are lots of online shops are available. We make transactions online and we will get Cash Points and Reward Points. Those points can be used to redeem vouchers, topup, pay our bills, and many more. Not only that, we can spend and save money at the same time. Don't believe me? Give it a try, then comment

It will be better for your team to make this app more user friendly. For example, like the instruction to reload our telco. There is no instruction for the reload and suddenly the money deducted but actually its not. But there is no instruction for user to look to their transaction history and copy the voucher code. You guys should make this app better because it has potential to be like Shopback etc.

I tried to use cash payment on the apps, but failed to do so because they mention the receipt number. I did the payment first and then I tried to insert receipt number but failed because the retail is not valid for cash. Please developer to fix the operation of using cash option in retailer. The cashier need to customer pay first to give the receipt number. Don't mention invalid pay with cash after paying it!

Easy to use and convenient ; if i cant decide where to eat, can just go to a participating shop to eat and collect or pay using cash points. Online shopping also works hassle free. Definitely worth a look. Plus its free.

Rubbish Apps..Affiliate Junction member give me frustration to buy stuff using this apps...

After restructure, this app totally become useless. No more points from shopping using Lazada or Shopee.

I love it sm ! Evertime i shopped..MSS is a MUST Even pay bills, buy topups, the updated version are super awesome and i can't wait for more 😍 And I've read few reviews and few of my friends too, they said didn't get the Cash points, apps are too slow and what so ever your problem is.. remember.. new tech compatible with new tech.. it's not developers fault u use Old OS version.. right ? For those who didn't get CP.. fyi, this apps have trained affiliate that can assist u guys

Save more with cash point and reward point. From my opinion this to improve is you need to spend more ads to introduce to people. Make an example as touch n go, boost, and others in line industries. Cause as i know i synergy were more than 10 years rather than new brand just boost. Just my opinion.

It is very great! Easy to use.. lots of online and offline merchants. And also i got cashpoint where i can use it to buy without using cash. Highly recomended for those who loves saving...

failure to pay w cp for several times when buying groceries & causing long Q. same occurring even after updating apps / reinstalling. can't let merchant scan customer's code like other apps do so? kindly fix this hassle problem asap to become really user friendly to win more loyalty & stable customers database.

This app is handful! You don't need to contact with people to topup/ need to download particular telco apps/ go to 7E to but topup etc. Plus, I can pay electrical bill online and getting money from it.

Dont Install This App!!!. This company seems to not take security matters seriously. When we try to sign up in their website and put our username and passwords, they store our passwords in plain text, which is very, very harmfull. I was shock on how careless they are at handling our information when they resend us our exact passwords in fricking plain text via email. Their employees can simply look into our account's password because it is not encrypted as it should be.

app is good. tapi bila nak claim cash/reward points terlalu leceh and time consuming. tak banyak merchant ada smart shopper app. and lastly, the amount of points needed to redeem gifts is just ridiculous plus not attractive at all.

This app keep on getting error when paying using omni pay. Please fix it! This app used to be a good app for buying topup! Miss the old mss version

This apps only focus on concept to get CP.. etc. But the main apps of shopping is used for buyying transaction. I need to install the online shop apps or browse it. It is more useful if this apps can compile all the shops in it's own transaction. Add on MSS Pay in online shop. The withdraw processing fee charge RM2 which for me it is a large amount.

Very useful as it helps you to find online and offline merchants that offer rebates and rewards. The app stores the rebates and rewards obtained. The rebates are redeemable via the use of the app in the next purchase with any of the participating merchants. The rewards are redeemable with any gifts being offered by the participating online merchants.

After using these apps, there is no need to worry anymore. if you buy a lot of topup, it doesn't matter because you can get cashpoint & reward point. more addicted to want to use again. MSS the best .. All in one🤩😍

Good app, every transaction especially when I top up, I get cash point and reward point in instance. For lazada and other online shops, it takes no longer than 10 days for my reward. Not a scam.

Without the points reward from popular online store (Shopee & Lazada), this app has no use at all, hard earn point is so less and not even can exchange the minimum value voucher before this major change. Better go for Shopback, real cash reward

After "restructure", this apps Totally become USELESS rubbish!! No point to create and distribute an useless rubbish apps in AppStore and PlayStore. All shops inside the apps are unknown shops and the rewards totally rubbish + NOT attractive at all.
