I get a notification 6 - 7 times a day saying I have a message but I can't find a message anywhere. I can turn off notifications but then I don't get notifications of real messages either. Within the app most things are straight forward and easy but there are some things that are tedious and unnecessary

Being able to schedule my own appointments has been a real time saver. It enables me to make appointments at my convenience. Also I like seeing my visit and test results in print as I sometimes forget the information I'm told. I've been able to make appointments with my doctors.

My husband and I are so blessed to have found a new way to handle our medical care. How nice to be able to finally have our different physicians be able to see what each other is doing and how our prescriptions are being seen by all our doctors. Was excellent before the format changed. The upcoming appointments tab is gone along with the past appointments which was quite helpful to be reminded when one needs an annual appt. This format is a big disappointment compared to the past one ..keaves a lot to be desired.

It's klunky. The only thing you really need to know on the app is time and place for upcoming appointments AND CT scans, doppler scans, etc. should be included. The other stuff is available online at the KS site. Which SHOULD easily link my information to UTMB, St. Luke's, Methodst My Chart sites. It doesn't.

My Kelsey app is great! Easily schedule appointments with your doctor's be it in person in the office or a virtual appointment. They have made it super easy to send them messages and they respond I would say in a reasonable time frame. You can see your test results and they explain if there is an issue and what you need to do next. Not to mention it is secure. I can say for me the My Kelsey app is super user friendly and the doctors are great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. 100%

Please add a security feature for easier login like a cold or biometrics fingerprint or swipe so that we don't have to enter a password each time. Also, there's not straight forward telehealth appointment request.

I can't get this app to work on my chromebook. It stalls and closes every single time - it lets me log in and then crashes. On my phone it has audio issues. How am I supposed to do a televisit if the app coesn't work?!?!? I've sent crash reports and never heard back from anyone. Does no one even try to fix this?

I do not like MyChart. Multiple facilities have had me set up with different passwords. Constantly getting msg that "We're having trouble with" from Baylor, with no advice on how to fix. Much better when I had only MyKelsey app.

I find using the app easy. Only 2 minor issues I can see from giving it 5 stars: 1. If I complete the eCheck-in, I shouldn't need to re-check and re-verify my info at the front desk. 2. I understand the app has sensitive medical information, but if I'm logged in, I should be able to take screenshots in the app.

I'm having a hard time deleting an incomplete appointment. You should take into account system glitches and allow us to delete incomplete appointments. Mostly the app is good, but it is a lot less user friendly than I would expect.

Suggedtion: Make the list of medications printable in a smaller scale - I like to carry my list of meds in my purse or billfold. Currently my list is several full size pages. Other than that, I find the new app very accessible and give it high marks.

The staff is very responsive to messages. The application help with communication, organizing appointments/ lab outcomes and tests findings. It allows early check-in process. A great method of keeping me informed of historical health findings and treatment plans.

Had a little trouble setting up. But got to with Kelsey's help line. The Dr came on a little early while I ran to use the restroom before our set appointment time. Everything went well when we both finally caught each other. Quick and easy communication.
