Notifications are not pushed
App requires access to your local photos and files (unclear why). If you don't grant this access at install, app does take credentials and initially loads but then crashes or stops.
The application does not work unless you grant it access to your device. Sketchy...
Why does this app need access to pictures, media and files? There is no reason given and if you deny it locks you out.
Amazing app to keep up with latest technology and would give a competitive advantage for any daycare and transparency to parents to keep update about their child in real time. Both the attendance app and parent engagement app services are worth using. Looking forward to see more services like this added up in future.
The app has a great concept. I'd like to see the app utilized better by my child's daycare.
App stopped working on all of my family's phones months ago. Everything says unauthorized access. Try to logout and get "logout failed". We have reinstalled on all of our android phones multiple times with no success. Been waiting and watching for resolution but no response.
There a lot of great things about this app like having everything in one place instead of having a lot of different sheets for each kid. Also, it's great to be able to send pictures of kids and know it's going straight to their parents. There's room for improvement but overall it's a good app.
I used to be able to access my account but for the last few months everytime I try it says unauthorized user. I reset my password and uninstalled and the app and downloaded it again and still can't get in
The app used to work before but after a period now it only says my credentials do not exisist and if I try to log off it says it cannot perform the operation I already installed the app many times, restart the phone in between nothing will fix. Needs some polishing
My only problem is i had to reinstall the app after an issue with android phones, and now it wont let me log in. Said it was sending an email to recover my password, and it doesnt send. I cannot log in to check on my child.
Great way to know what's going on with your child during their day at day care or school. Technical support is very helpful
I like the instant connection with the school. I just wish it would automatically send the emails out too.
My parents love this app!!! It saves me so much time and paper. Also the representatives AJ and Kelly are extremely helpful and gave me such good information on other ways to improve marketing for my daycare. I must also say that it is at a much better price point than other similar apps. It is a must for your center!
The app is ok but had some technical difficulties with receiving updates.
I love the concept but the app stopped working for some reason and I can no longer view any information, even though I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times.

Love that it allows me to check in on my son. I use the app periodically to see how his day is going, what activities he is participating in, and check out pictures (if I am lucky).
I have been unable to get the app to work for several months.
My sons daycare sends out monthly newsletters and attachments via the app and they never download! Quite annoying
At first the app was slightly difficult to navigate but once I got used to it, it proves to be very useful.
Love the concept. Room for improvement in notifications... primarily with pictures uploaded by school. Can't always view them.

This app could have been made way better. Your school or teacher sends you a message and you have to back out n go to a whole different section to reply. Just think it's a pain in the a**
