Good service. Bulky items sometimes not picked up on time otherwise works great!
App with the latest update is useless. Keeps giving me an error message saying "address verification failure."
stupid idiots make you update the app in order to submit a service request. Unfortunately you write the whole service request and when you click submit then the app warns you to update. Of course when you update everything gets wiped away. You can copy the description to the clipboard but you still have to enter all the other fields manually. It's like this is the first time these people wrote an app
This is a great app. Keeping our neighborhood clean. Easy to use. Do not know why everyone lets junk pile up. We are so lucky in LA to have great pickup services. Other cities are not so helpful.
Homeless encampment never get serviced. This app is good example of how city of Los Angeles systemically failed. No support when citizen need a justice and service. Now I can't even make a service request for 3 weeks because app require update but app itself does not allow updating? Is this tactic for city preventing citizen to report issues? Updating is not working for 3 weeks.
In the past this app worked great. Today I tried to report a missed trash pickup. This was my experience. - forced login - create account - account already exists - log in with existing account - get told that since I haven't logged in on over 60 days I need to create a new account - do that loop 2x - create new account but with different username and email address on the original create account screen from before. - try to log the trash can but can't because I need to use the OG login
Everyone in LA city should use this. I never have to call in again. I can make a difference in my community with this app. Also this is for LA city not long beach , DWP, or any other areas not in LA City. City is different than county. If you dont know where you live .... look it up.
Everything I needed for the service request. Just have to wait and see how long it takes for them to respond.
Very slow to respond, needs improvement. The constant nagging about updates is extremely annoying and time consuming.
When I downloaded a photo from my phone it erased all the photos on my phone! Also doesn't prompt for update until after you make a request. Then you have to make the request all over again.
The person (s) in charge of this app needs to add "tents" for the homeless encampment option. Also add "Christmas tree" as a item in the bulky section.
Almost a year later still can't login using my311 or LADWP user/password. Can't use forget password cause it doesn't work, Can't register new account cause all my email are supposedly registered. What a pile of garbage, Should fire everyone responsible for this useless app.
My311 is worthless. I just got replies today for requests I put in months ago. You have better luck researching and contacting directly the dept that can actually help you...I put in a request for homeless encampment inspection. Got sick of waiting on them contacted park rangers they took care of it right away. Months later I get an email from 311 that the encampment does not exist lol.
The app has the right idea, but the city doesnt live up to it. Great for reporting potholes. But what's the point if the case gets closed, without the pothole ever getting repaired?
The fact that they still haven't addressed the issue that you aren't prompted to download the newest version before trying to submit a request earns 1 star.
Can't create a service request without "updating" the app however there is no new update on the app store. Can't even report this in the feedback inside the app because it says I need to update to do that!
This is an absolutely worthless app. You make so much money. Your services should include free delivered food, housing, internet and healthcare. Why not use the money that you made in us for a change? Until then, you get 1 star.
Why even use this app they just come out 2 days later and then dismiss everything. We need to talk to our councilman we need to talk to our city representatives this app doesn't work because they don't come out the same day and they just drive by and write it off write it off as closed
