Dear Developer, In less than a week of using the app, I have noticed things that need to be improved. When a driver is online & a fare is offered on the screen it flashes to accept, with very little info other than address without the town & boro or destination. Also the most important of all NO $ is shown. The accept blue rectangle also should be displayed in the form of a button with a driver being able to see their vehicle on the map in reference to the fare.

They are failing to deposit the check on time, The dispatchers are lost in time they dont have any idea of what really is going on. I been waiting for two weeks to get pay and they still dont know when I am going to get my money. The app keep calling you even when you just have picked a trip. It freezes a lot, most of the passenger contact information is out of date making the reach of the passenger harder. Driver Support, Payment deposit, cancelation fee and Technology need improvement.

I can't get anything to work on my phone. I keep trying to upload my documents but the only one that worked correctly was my driver's license. None of the other documents can be uploaded. Have tried emailing, texting and calling customer service but that department does not seem to exist here in Florida.

This app has improved a lot since I signed up with them. I haven't driven yet but I like that the app is getting good fixes and updates. Recently I have seen the option to request a schedule via the app. That's a great option. However even after multiple updates I don't see he option to select the days I want to work. I hope you'll add the option to include days. Not everyone wants to work 7 days. I want to work only Monday thru Friday. I should be able to select that option in the app.

Myle makes it up as they go.... they don't pay for tolls and many times, jobs (99.99%>Access a Ride) are paid less than $2.00 per mile. They charge $3.00 to cancel any job you accept but decide to cancel. What's even worse is that sometimes you cannot cancel the job on the app ,so you'll have to call dispatch, which often takes more than 10 minutes to answer your call and then they try to charge you MORE MONEY for canceling more than 5 minutes after accepting the job.

Good so far, rate is great as well, but alot of improvement needed, like the screen going off even while using the app should be fixed. Driver should be able to change/edit their profile pic. Good job so far

As soon as you pick up a passenger, they start sending new ride offers, even if you decline them continously . I think they are doing this on purpose to catch you on pressed the "Accept" button and you get trapped because there is a $ 10 cancellation fee.

Horrible dispatch I will not scheduled to work and it's still suspend my account. When they call you that when you to answer your phone but when you called them they don't answer the phone they will call you three or four in the morning did consider this important is not important. It's impossible to work for this company horrible dispatcher they should get rid of them. You have to call to log out then three minutes later the call if you working make no sense these people play games.............

3/2/21 - Myle has just instituted a policy that once you accept a job there will be a $1.00 charge to cancel. This is bs. No time frame, like within 5 mins of accepting or if there's an error. Possibly call and waste your time trying to get fix. Complain don't let them get away with this

I want to register but it's asking me for a photo of my SSN card and that's a NOPE for me. It should be enough with the number itself. Let me know when that is no longer a requirement, it's for security reasons. We all know what big techs are capable of doing with our info.

This people are simply ripping off drivers. They pay drivers way below the minimum what they suppose to pay . Meaning if the actual fair price for the ride is $50 driver will only receive $17 bucks if you don't believe it compare there trips prices from point A to point B . Also they skip payment for trips going to your bank it had happened to me 7 times and when you call them they never answer the phone. Only experience drivers will know the difference!

This company steals from drivers. If u decide to drive for them screenshoot every trip because 2 days later youll be missing money from each trip....if u agree and accept a $10.90 trip monday by thursday youll see the trip was reduced by a $1 or $2 and the difference is all they will pay you. Low life stuff even by car service standards!!

Myle Driver apps is very helpful. Myle can't give us too much customer, because there's a new one. But if drivers are good at promoting Myle to customers and if Myle is marketing it, it has a good future. I hope it will increase the income of drivers in the future.

Completely waste of time and mileage. You go 7-10 mile just to pick up a $11 customer and then customer cancel the ride. Driver don't get paid nothing for the canceled trip. Is there anything worse in the world than that?

App keeps turning its self on and goes online on its own about every 5-10 mins. Camera function working better but still has issues, able to upload picture but app keeps asking to upload picture 2 times in middle of ride

Horrible company to work for they don't even pay there drivers on time. When there are no shows for mta rides they wont even pay us for wasting our time and there's alot of waiting around and cancelations without penalties.. worst app ever

Why do you need a photo of someone's social security card? Just the number should be fine. I read your replies to similar concerns, you wrote you're gonna make a copy, copy of SSN? Gimme a break! If Other rideshare companies can mail out a 1099 after the end of the year just by having the SSN and not the photo of the card, why can't you?? I call BS

Dispatchers are rude, they don't know how to speak to drivers, they don't understand that drivers are make money for everyone. They give priority to the drivers who rent cars from them. Whenever drivers call with issues dispatchers never help. DEFINITELY NOT A COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!

No good app racist people block my acount for no reason . If i ask for reason they told me diffrent resson when i call them. When i reached myle office and i surprised because here also give diffrend reason.. one person tell you pick up too late , next one you cancel ride , another one you also work with other app.. myle gave me 53 trip in 5 day . I did 't cancle any trip... its bad behaviour with me for suspended my account... i really worry about this difficult time
