I had to use the roadside assistance service twice. They were prompt, courteous, professional and seemed to deeply care that you were safe and then happy with the service. I was very pleased and sad to see it go. Thank you for all your help!
Mostly garbage. This is after 2 tows (to be fair). 1st tow 16 miles, driver excessively past eta (over 1 hour past) no calls. Dropped car in awkward spot in driveway and booked. Pros: still mostly free. Extra mile only $6.2nd tow, less than a mile to repair shop. driver skipped me since I didn't answer a call I wasn't expecting. Waited over 2 hours for tow. Pro: still free. Wouldn't drop any existing coverage for this service, but nice not to waste a AAA tow for a short one.
It feels like this was just a ploy to quote my insurance. I had the app for a month, then got an offer for a Root quote. As soon as they had enough data to quote me, roadside assistance is ending.
You're name is Myles. You really should add points according to miles. Not a lousy 10 points per day but I guess it's better than nothing. I almost used a service call the other day but I didn't know how much the tow was going to cost and there was no one I could ask so I just used my AAA. 100 miles is better than $100 🤷♀️

So my sister locked my keys in my car and of course it is 23 degrees outside. So I had this app downloaded thinking I'll never use it, but today was the day to try it out!! I didnt have to pay for my doors to be unlocked and it took less then an hour if not sooner for the locksmith to come. I will be keeping this app and I just shared it with family and friends thank you!! Such a life saver
Great...truck was stuck at a friend house for months..have finacial problems...this was free...love it..just wish they could go up on the points. Its about to be winter time...lol
I love this app it has great service i had an flat tire and didn't have an spare tire they sent a tow truck and it said they would be there in an hour but it came in 30 minutes.i was happy.

I drive 23 miles one way , 46 , round trip everyday. App doesn't give out points for every day you drive like it claims. Waist of time .
My fuel sensor went haywire and said I had plenty of gas. Nope. It took a little time but they checked to make sure I was safe and brought me gas. The driver waited to make sure my car would start in case I needed a tow or even just a ride home. Awesome customer service! Never thought I would need it. Glad I had it!
This app is amazing!!! My fiance had me download it yesterday so i coukd get my car towed home and i didnt pay a dime for it!!!! Thank you Myles!!!!

I had a buddy broke down he showed up in tow I asked him how he got the tow cause he asked me to do it and he said he downloaded this app and his tow came true so now I've got this app but hope I never need but it's sweet
