I attempted to make this payment last night, but was not successful. I tried again this morning, and everything worked well. As long as I am able make the payment and make it on time, I'm groovy with the app!

Absolutely the worst app ever. It never remembers your password, so you have to enter it every time. Then you turn on the biometric option, and that does nothing. You still have to enter the password every time. Once in, nothing loads correctly, and it has issues just bringing up the home screen. It also says my last payment is overdue, but my banking app shows that it came out already. Absolutely worthless app.

This is an update on my last review. I was able to contact the developers of the app and they were able to help me resolve the issue very quickly with their financial department. They also fixed some bugs that was related to the error. There's still needs some work to make the app more intuitive and maybe needs more info on how to navigate through. But getting much better and their support from the dev team was excellent.

I hate IT people, they keep changing the app without notice and that leads to missing payments due to loosing the settings and payment information. last year my credit score went down 100 point because of that. I will never deal with Lexus finance again.

i like the ease of paying on the app, however, it does not remember your login information. It won't save your fingerprint. its extremely annoying to have to put the info in each time. then you have to go to your email for a code each time.

I don't know if they fixed it, but I had no problem after updating (on Jul 6 2021). However, I don't like the new interface. I liked the previous one. I discovered that the app is in dark mode, is there a way to go back to light mode? Help doesn't help.

App stopped working for me completely. Doesn't let me log in most of the time and when it does, it just loops accepting the terms of service over and over. The current state is unusable.

Junk. Can't login, and keeps having "technical difficulties" when I try to change my password. Waste of time, and annoying considering what you pay for the car. Zero stars.

Much better since July 15th update, because now I can at least login to my account, but 2 more problems it won't save your photo when I upload it and the quick view option takes multiple clicks to show up and sometimes it don't fix these 2 problems and you got a winner here and a 5 star review will be coming from me :)

very glitchy. I enable the fingerprint to log in and doesn't save absolutely anything. navigating the app is not very organized either. processing payment is easy though. rather call or use website than app

This app is completely useless. I absolutely hate the struggle of trying to login to this app that never remember your password. you go thru this long process of enabling your fingerprint and the app never remembers it. total POS outdated app, for a luxury car company. Better off just mailing your payment in.

One of the worst apps, if you forget your password your F ed, so many hoops even when you have the correct info for verification process it will default back to not verifiable, etc, what a hassle especially when your trying to make a pymt.

Making payments like clockwork. All of a sudden payments are being returned for no reason. Get confirmation then payment returned. It shows note a month ahead but this is No reason to suddenly deny payments. Is this what happens when you come to the end of your lease/payout?

Useless app, everytime i log it is tells me fingerprint is available, i turned fingerprint on and its still not working. and i always choose to remember the device but still gives me the verification screen. I guess Lexus spends more time on other services than updating their Financial Service app. just pure trash

Couldn't even pass the initial login. The security code process was the worst. Cursor kept moving to the middle/end preventing me to verify. Worst initial app security.

A great way of paying on car loan using this App.

app is fine. they just changed the functionality which looks good but pretty annoying didn't carry over my banking information so had to go find that and also I went off the app for legit a minute and logs me out... come on man

Would be a better app if it actually remembers your login info. Lost count of how many times I've opted for the app to "remember me" and it actually doesn't. Any time I login it forgets my device & has to send a passcode each time

terrible app. every single time i try to log in with my finger print it takes me through the entire verification process all over again. every. single. time. so annoying!

Says needs an update in order to use the app. Proceeds to press update, redirects you to the app store so you can update, and theres no update tab. So long story short, my account was locked out

Every time i log in monthly to make a payment, the application wont open unless i update it. Ive never seen an application that wont allow you to proceed without an update.

Had no problem until the most recent update. I don't like the change and am already having issues using it. Otherwise the app was working great and I had no problems.

this is just a sad app overall and it seems that Lexus overall on the iot/technological aspect of it's company is severely lacking. this app is an embarrassment in 2019. the lack of apple/Android auto in your cars and the overall auto interface inside you cars compared to it's German counterparts is embarrassing. how do you expect to compete with the Germans with this lack of interest in this sector of your auto brand. smh. every one of your apps is an embarrassment.

has serious bugs and flaws ruins your credit for it's own flaws. need to contact customer service ALL the time to fix the proble. does not allow to setup recurring payments reseting the password has glitches.. no email gets sent to reset it... I REGRET LEASING A LEXUS... All other car companies leasing is not problematic

TERRIBLE. Doesn't take fingerprint login, have to register EVERY time I login. Have to change password nearly EVERY time I log on. Slow app. Very bad UX.
