I love this app it has everything I need, allows me to renew books if possible, place holds and see what books are out there. It has everything I need in my fingertips. Good app and lifesaver since I lost my library card awhile back and it has it on the app.
Has always been buggy but was still functional until recently. Now it cant display checked out items, so no option to renew and no way to check due dates, the 2 reasons I got the app in the first place. Crashes constantly.
Would be great if the app would update with when holds/requested items are due for pickup. I request 50 items at a time usually and without knowing when items are due for pickup (my library only holds for 1 week) I've had things get sent back before getting to the library to pickup
Worst app I have ever used. Takes forever to load and crashes almost every time. If there is a hold ready for me to pick up, the app crashes before it even gets a chance to load.
I just started using this app and I love it. I've been waiting for an app like this to access my library account for a while now. Other reviewers have indicated issues (glitches, app closing unexpectedly, etc) but it's been smooth sailing for me so far.
I wish I could say more about the app, but it has not allowed me to sign in even once. I have tried there at the library and multiple times at home. It just continues to say its not available and to try again.
very buggy app. have had to uninstall twice. keeps saying I've timed out despite having just logged in. not sure if I'll try a third time.
Still having many problems on android device. Won't show my holds, won't let me place holds. Works fine on PC or apple products. Bit sad.
Collections are often ambiguous or incomplete. There seems to be no way to delete past holds...
No foreign language books, they used to be there. I shelving map with topics not numbers only would be good.
Tried to install on my Samsung A50 3 times. Installed and uninstalled and installed 3 times (waited 15 minutes last time) Kept saying loading but never did.
This app no longer works, i load it up and it says "something went wrong"
this app is a great idea but it's a bit clunky & crashes more often than not.

Not user friendly Its a mulitple county library use app apparently. Know the library system not the library. My brother in law could design a better app if they are interested...
Constantly crashes when switching between apps.

My app won't even let me in
Very buggy app. One issue is fixed and another arises. Right now, the app tells me that I have requested a 'hold' on a book for books I have previously hired. I no longer have a hold on these items and if I WANT to put them on hold again, I CAN'T. Very frustrating.
