I finally signed in to join your app to get discounts but only by using my desktop computer. I thought my problem would be solved but I can't sign in using my home wifi on my smartphone OR data away from home OR the unsecure wifi in your store. So signing up from my PC didn't help. Over 10.0 hours and still nothing. It says: "sign in failed: The internet connection appears to be offline." And that is even though no trouble elsewhere on the web on my smartphone. So, I still can't get on your app.

Disappointed. I have tried creating a new account nearly five times and to no avail. The "join now" link will not activate after I've entered my information. It continues to stay frozen. I shop at Lidl all the time so I was looking forward to receiving rewards through the app and leveraging other features but it doesn't look like that will happen.

Good app but has the potential to be better with more features. App works great but I would recommend adding a barcode scanner and also add electronic receipts. The cashiers always ask if you want a receipt and I would prefer it on my phone than printed receipt. It would also be great to browse with prices in the app as well. The prices in the store are great so even without any additional features Lidl is still my go to store.

Good app, but there could be more. I think what could perfect the lidl experience would be digital receipts from scanning the app when people are signed in. It also helps the sustainability.

It will not let me sign in using my fb account. Everytime I click sign in, then choose to sign in with my fb account it acts like it might go through then it blinks and goes back to where you have to click sign in again.

Lidl is revolutionizing grocery shopping in the US. Prices can't be beat. The app is very well made and yields additional savings in store.

I don't know what I didn't get the the app sooner. The sales are Great. My bill went down $22 just by using the app

Can't login at all anymore. The app keeps crashing and now I can't use the app at the lidl store. Currently trying to shop right now at lidl smh. Disappointing right now with this app

This app is pretty nice, but I do wish you could add items to your list that are on the weekly ad. You can look through the deals and add from there, but I would prefer being able to do it from the weekly ad page. Also, sometimes the name of the product is too long to see on the list. It lists the brand first and you can't see the rest of it.

Scan your myLidl BEFORE you offer to pay!!! Especially if you are paying with cash. Staff doesn't offer or let you know and it will COST you savings.

Since the very first day Lidl opened in my location I have had issues with the app defaulting to Culpepper, VA. I have uninstalled oand reinstalled the app so many times I've lost count. I've even worked with the app with store associates at my local Lidl. It still didn't work! My husband thinks Lidl is the best store on the planet. Me, not so much due to the frustration I feel when trying to use the app. Grrr!! Giving the app one star is being extremely generous.

Customer service is awful and sometimes doesn't respond for a month, so don't count on that to be of help. I have given up on getting any savings from the app. Last time they pretty much ghosted me. Just assume you're going to pay full price. No discounts here.

first shouldn't need an app without a loyalty card. second app is slow to load, difficult to use at checkout, designed to be not COVID compliant and entry of associated phone number of keypad (also not COVID compliant) was not successful in finding the account. So it just doesn't work and unnecessarily delays shopping and checkout.

Very buggy since this morning. Keeps displaying QR code and cannot get to any other screen, even after reinstalling and updating.

we just moved to Greensboro from Evanston, Il. and I had heard of Lidl but never shipped there before. It's now my favorite grocery shop and second is Aldi. Lidl has great product, wonderful bakery and really good prices.

Reasonable prices and well stocked. The baked goods are always fresh! Make sure to have a scan code for your produce items because the girls on the registers do not like walking all the way downstairs to get the code! It was disappointing to hear the girls on the register say they will not walk down! Then asked me if I really need it! SMH!!!

I adore Lidl! Being raised in a military family and becoming a military wife gave me the opportunity to travel abroad and throughout the United States. I was able to experience different cultures and their delicious styles of cooking. Lidl brings to our neighborhoods the different cultures and the opportunity to learn how to cook their delicious food. I encourage you Lidl, don't Americanize too much because those who didn't have the privilege I had to travel abroad, you bring it home! Much Love!

Great prices for now. Today was my third visit I see slight hike in some products. Few cents. Compared to other stores they're giving away food. The meat is fresh and reasonably priced. Nice store.

Same log in issue as another reviewer. I registered but was logged out. When I try to log back in it doesn't recognize me. When I try to reset the password it says login failed or I never get the reset link. If I try to reregister it says my email is already registered. More trouble than it is worth.

The app is ok But the app is only as good as the items in the store never buy that 100% pure beef patties from This store it has bone in it almost broke my tooth off I just fried up the rest of it and gave it to my dogs

Wish it worked more smoothly. When I try to add something to a second grocery list, it refuses to add. You also can't delete items from the lists, at least from what I could see.

Major problem with grocery list feature. When I click on a list it bounces me back to the home screen. Sometimes the app closes. Makes the app frustrating to use.

Absolutely love this grocery store,so easy to find what you were looking for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to save money on groceries to feed families when everything is costing more.

Used to love shopping here, but now at check out they make mistakes so often, computer price not matching the price tag in store.

What's the need for this app? You definitely don't save by downloading it. You're able to see the sales but that's about it.

I love the app and the shopping at the store. It is great to have the ads for more then 1 week at a time. I "did" love the coupons and ability to create a shopping list but those both have suddenly stopped working and I keep waiting for a "fix" or update that hasn't happened. I have been waiting months..... So basically the app is only good for seeing the ads for me now.

I like the app so far. I like the coupon feature. I don't have to worry about clipping coupons because they are digital. Nonetheless, I wish there were more coupons.I like the grocery list feature because it helps me keep track of what to purchase. However, I suggest including prices for the items. I like the recipes feature to look up various recipes. Additionally, I like the reward feature. On the other hand, I do highly suggest a purchase history feature to scan my receipts.
