Completely useless. The app becomes stuck on the log-in screen, and the page never loads. I deleted it multiple times, reinstalled, and then even waited months before downloading again to see if they fixed the issues. Don't waste your time with this App.

This app has the worst security features ever. I tried to login using text to verify. First of all, its says to not close the page. If you leave the app for ANYTHING, it refreshes/resets the whole thing causing you to have to start over. Here's a thought, how am I supposed to get the verification code if I have to leave the app to get it? Horrible UX. If you want users to use the app, make it so they can get in with the features you offer. I can't login because of this issue making the app useless to me.

Can't log in from the app because it often doesn't recognize passwords., I have to constantly reset password. this app does function well and is user friendly but pointless if you can't log on.

This app doesn't even complete login! It just constantly loads. I was only able to use the app 3 or 4 times and that was back in April. Gosh I miss the Voya app. It always worked and was easy to use and navigate.

If i could give 0 stars I would. How kn earth do you have such a lousy application. you have to force close just to log in because it never works on the first try. tells you nothing useful. Sad excuse of a dashboard. As a large provider of 401ks etc, you should be ashamed. I know fidelity and other competitors have a much more useful application.

I would give 0 if possible. The app is garbage and doesn't even open. It crashes every single time. I don't know why would they force to install app which doesn't work. Make it work or remove "Android App on Google Play" from the website.

This is app is garbage. Why push people from the mobile site to use it? Formatting is off. Using the dedicated back key on a phone will exit the app instead of, you know, reverting to an earlier page. It's terribly sloppy.

App won't even open most of the time, and when it does it just loads and loads and never fully opens. Use to work just fine, not sure if it's an update issue or what

I'm never able to log in! I think it's worked ONCE. I get to the log in page, type in my info, & then it just says "loading" forever. Very frustrating.

This app still does not work. I tried to login to my account over Christmas week 2019 and got a message indicating the app was being updated. I tried again after Christmas. Guess what? It still doesn't work on my Samsung Tab E. C'mon John Hancock folks, hire a competent software guy or gal to fix this.

Worst freaking app ever! Half the time it never loads, then if it ever does, the server is always down for maintenance, updating, or whatever else. Wish I could look at my 401k from a better app. Fix the loading problems please!!

Worthless app, won't even open...login and it simply spins...whether on network or phone 4G, it does nothing. What use is an app that doesn't provide a single bit of information? NONE -100 STARS if possible. Deleting from phone

This app is horrible. It's more like a condensed web page that barely functions. It usually takes me 2-3 attempts before I can even login. John Hancock needs to spend some of those management fees on developing an actual usuer-friendly app.

Just as all other reviews have stated, the app is now useless to me. Everytime I attempt to login either via username+password or username+biometric it just sits spinning at the login screen and never lets me in. The app worked one time for my initial setup, and has never allowed me to login again since

The app just simply doesn't work. No point in downloading. Even though I'm typing in the correct information it just says "failure to authenticate." And won't let me login. A 13 year old in their moms basement can and have made better apps, you'd think a multi billion dollar company could do it.

At least 2 attempts needed for login. Very slow. Not much information is shown or tools to manage account. Worst App on my phone, just to check my balance.

I can login online with no issue, but it keeps telling me that there is an authentication failure when trying to login via the app. Hope they work on bettering this app in 2021.

Terrible! I can never log in on the app. I get locked out of my account and have to reset my password on a computer every single time I want to check my account.

App keeps crashing - upon attempt to open, it just closes out. I have tried to uninstall then reinstall again - same result. Please fix.

This app is terrible. App updated the other day on my s9 and wont log in now. Tried uninstalling. Even before this, constant log in issues. App info itself is very limited.

Not a good app at all. Just gets stuck on the load screen. Takes 10 solid minutes after password entry to get to the home page.

It works but could be a lot better. Needs to show your gains, losses, deposits and fees in dollar amounts that would help.

Log in, and it never fully opens up. Have to wait awhile to load up 98% of the time it stays stuck in the loading screen. Have to find myself going to the full site. FIXED IT PLEASE.
