This app is broken beyond belief. Difficult to navigate, the English is either broken or non existent, and most importantly, it's impossible to top up because the top up menu is so broken. Avoid this modem and company at all costs.
Not good app. Information not updated from 3 hour... But i already bought the new quta. Also can not send messages from the application. The old empty quta keep show in main view, it better to move it to history order., also livechat in indonesian. And i could not get to talk 2 times. Now I found my packets all gone i can not see all my bought packet or know the Quta! I am SO Disappointed ! & IF you want TO CHAT IN APP (using OTHER INTERNET NETWORK) Nothing appear IN THE APP! So Bad & Stuipd!
Update the device they said. Update the card too they said and after all said and done, does it got better? NO. Worst of all now it gets laggy almost evertime even using midnight quota (that supposedly few people used). Cannot even use their live chat link they provided. I regret I didn't buy the competitor's modem to proof that there are better service.
its 4 days i cant used it chat with the CS is useless.. i need to figure out and seems the system need to update.. already try 2 days to update but the max is only reach 45%.. till now not success..useless
app does not recognise my smartfren box. installed several times, but always 'no device' and no option to add. useless.
Always good... One issue is I'm in Indonesia and the Smartfren - M6-F181device DOESN'T SHOW ENGLISH TEXT ON THE POCKET WI-FI (Please give me your solution)
The app is not showing any option for forgotten username and password, that's what I meant.

What no device
English instructions are incomplete. You have to download two apps to top up credit and to use your mifi device. Extremely difficult to top up credit. App declines US credit cards and the virtual account transfer instructions are incomplete (no account name given). The mifi device is useless after it runs out of its initial credit.
