App takes a long time to open- has a long introduction advertising the very app you are trying to open ironically. It is annoying when you are trying to access bus timetable info quickly. I already know about the app- I don't need the advert. Otherwise, the info is excellent!!
Awful user experience - slow, unresponsive, no indication of loading, laggy, frustrating interface. It's hard to know where to begin here. Updated: Well a dev responds with "our content is good" - mate that doesn't matter if I can't get to it due to the awful UX does it? My my. Get a grip man.
So slow half the time it does not even open. However the alerts are excellent and relevant local information is great, unfortunately you only get the headline in the alert since the app does not open so you can read the full story
It was great but I don't get notifications anymore, all settings are set correctly. Would be great to have them working again
This is a great idea. Love it. But it wont open for me any more. Nor does my husbands. Wonder how many others have had this happening. Trying to re down load.
Handy app. Disappointed that I dont get the notifications. I've checked all my settings within the app as well as in my phone and they are all as they should be.
I used to love this app, but now its been over 2 months and not even one notification. yes they are turned on.
Too slow to start, would think after all this time they would have optimised it better. Because it such a pain to use I rarely use the app

Despite being connected to the internet and many pages working, there were far too many pages which gave an error claiming that I needed to connect to the internet. Many pages gave out of date or no information despite others having the correct, updated info.
What a brilliant App! This is so incredibly handy!
Nice for the pop up notifications but the app is hard to use. It is always trying to update but for some reason it never actually updates so is a constant state of trying to update. It means it is constantly refreshing and I can't really get into anything easily. When I do, it kicks me back out after refreshing again. Takes a few goes to close the app because when you close out it opens itself again still trying to update.
