When I click on my name to go to another page of the app, it closes out the window and goes back to my app screen list.

I bring up the app. Trying to review my promotions. All do not display. The App automatically shut down after a certain point. I still have to go to the website to view all promotions etc... This is now very frustrating...I did delete the app several times and reinstall it. This has only been occurring since the new upgrades were put in place a few months ago.

Good so far. I had needed to use a food credit that was only offered on the app. It was easy to find and beats trying to pull it up last time as my screen couldn't make it bigger so they had a hard time reading the bar code. But it tells me how much is my freeplay and food credit and I'm not scrolling forever. Very simple to navigate.

The app was initially great. I got logged out after an upgrade and have not been able to log in. I have attempted to reset my password at least 20 times. When I go back to the app to enter the new password I get an error stating that my username (same email I used to reset the password) or password are incorrect. I'm extremely frustrated and will likely delete the app if I can't get logged in. Any help would be appreciated

so convenient to have everything available at your fingertips excellent and easy to use. only missing factor is actually seeing what the necessary steps are to redeem free play versus having to look to find an email or something in the mail. should be a how to redeem on each offer not a disclosure to look else where some don't frequent enough to know all the steps for redemptions

I have to keep uninstalling. This app worked great initially, then all of a sudden it stopped. Every time I put in my info, it would keep telling me invalid email. I even went to Live just to update everything and it keeps telling me the same thing. #DONE

Overall is useful if you want to know your current free play that you have earned, however it does not display offers or free play that you have to go to the kiosk to activate nor does it tell you about promotions for your tier level. Additionally there are no promotions displayed. These are mustd for this app. Please add these and I guarantee more people will love it use it and go to use offers they are not aware of. thank you!

App does not work. Can not open anything other than the home screen when I first open the app. Terrible, hasn't been updated in months. Try again LIVE!

The birthday calendar is ridiculous I had to tap it over 900 times to enter my 1943 birthdate. And after all of that, it kept saying that my passwords do not match even though I did it carefully a half dozen times. This app is coming off my phone just as soon as I submit this. I have a Maryland LIVE gold card. Why did this app not allow me to register via the card instead of going through the above shenanigans?

Recently I tried ordering a drink with the app and the option is not available. I keep looking at the vdeos to see if im doing it right. When I log in the feature is not there. I did the update and still not available.

UPDATE! They've made some updates to the app and it works great!! I was cool with signing in to the site, but I love having the app! The only thing is, I saw something about being able to order drinks from the app, but I couldn't find the option to do so. ---------- Is this even a real app??? How is it that you can't even sign into it?? Please get it together. smh

BEST REWARDS PROGRAM IN PENNSYLVANIA even the basic or starter level is exceptional. I'm Gold (2nd level) and the free play, hotel offers, and comp food have been outstanding. The app has worked flawlessly as well.

When I try to sign in with my email and password it says email or password incorrect but it's not. Also when you update the app it still gives you a message that you need to update the app in order to experience new features.

Confusing at times no information comes up on some tabs..

After the update, it crashes and closes whenever I try to get details from my point activity. Also it used to stay logged in, but now I have to log in every time. App is not useful now

All of a sudden I can't sign in. My email and password word is correct but the app is saying it doesn't recognize either. This is the second time it's happened.

Recent activity wouldn't update so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app now it won't recognize my sign and email or password. I've uninstalled the application with no plans to reinstall it because it's been glitchy and full of bugs since I've installed it.

First time having the app it's nice. It lets you know about your comps your points and your free slot play. Just waiting for them to send me some free hotel stay. And I will love to be able to hit the jackpot at least once

I used to love this app, but now I can't log in. I can't reset my password because it says it can't locate my email. However, when I try to register it says my email already exist. So frustrating!!!

I couldn't login and resetting password said successful but still couldn't login. Was fine for me before "bug fixes" but now buggier than before.

Had a great time. Live is spacious, pandemic safe and the staff was courteous. Couldn't find my Timberwolves Deluxe. And as a first time player I didn't receive a live T-Shirt nor a live facemask. But I still would recommend your establishment.

Like plenty of people have reported, the app crashes when you try to see your offers and it won't keep you logged in. These problems make the app useless
