Just installed the app and attempted completion of the setup process. After providing username and password, the app asks for a six digit one-time passcode to complete the process. The spinning circle never ends to complete the process allowing login. Had to go back to my laptop to pay the mortgage. Have to agree with the other reviews - completely ineffective. Correct these issues and get the app working properly and I'll gladly change my review.

I'm having the same issue with the app. Originally, it was very slow, but then it did get better. I've been paying via the app for almost two and a half years. Last month it gave me an error code and said I needed to contact customer service. Changed pw, still didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. I did try to call customer service, but never got to a real person. I did finally get to prompt to pay on the phone for free. This month, I brought up the account up with my laptop and took care of it that way. The Mobile app is awful!!

I've had the app for a few months and every few weeks, I have been having the most trouble. I try to log in, but it just sits on the loading screen all the time. If it does log in, it is EXTREMELY slow. You can't really do anything once you log in, because it just sits on a loading screen and it limits me from making my payments when I need or want to. I have been checking it every few days in hope the bugs been fixed, but I keep getting the same issue. It need some SREIOUS work and updating.

Just made my 1st mortgage payment online w/ my new mortgage servicer & thought it was cool that there was a mobile app available. I love the convenience of being able to manage my finances & pay bills on the go. So...I installed this app right away. It recognized my UN & PW just fine, but would not let me select my phone # for the 2-step verification process. I could see it there, but nothing happened when I tried to click "ok". So, I closed the app. Disappointed. Fix the bug & I'll try again.

I usually don't "rate" apps, but this app SUCKS. I've installed, removed, and installed this app several times trying to get it to work properly. It gives me the spinning wheel of death. On rare occasions it will allow me to login. And never on the first time. Most of the time I receive an error after waiting forever. Full bars of service, even on wifi.

I just re-downloaded this app because I couldn't log in before. I ended having to have my whole account deleted and had to re- register. I can log in now but then it asks for a 2 step verification but the only option is "select". There is nothing to "select". I can't move any further with the app if I don't do this. I just logged in online and my phone and email are up to date so there should be something! Completely useless app!

You guys really gotta figure out why it takes so long to load everything. Login takes about 2-3 minutes to load and when i finally get logged in, tapping on any item in the app takes about 2-3 minutes as well. This is an eternity for modern smartphones and completely unacceptable. The app itself is beautiful with lots of useful information about my loan. Just fix the loading issue and you have a great app.

Not sure what happened, but the app is no longer working. Last month and this month, I had to use my laptop to make a payment. Sadly, even on the laptop it takes forever for anything to load. :( And before you respond with "send us screenshots, etc" I can only send a screenshot of the log in screen as that's as far as I can get on the app. I enter my login info and the little circle spins for 1-2 minutes and goes right back to the login screen. Not a happy camper here.

I log in, but it keeps wanting me to select a "contact number" and "receipt method" from a drop down menu to verify my identity as part of a 2-step verification. That'd be fine, except it doesn't show any options to select in order to 'confirm'. Long story short, it won't let me log into the app. Extremely frustrating!

I am having the same issues as many of the other reviewers.I had issues in the past with logging on and when it did it took forever to load account information. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping I would get better results. However I did not, I am unable to log on. My phone times out while waiting for it to do something. This app is useless and needs a complete over haul; start from scratch

The app has serious layout issues and usability problems, rendering it unusable. When attempting to log in, I'm immediately taken to a two-factor authentication screen, but can't select any methods or numbers, and therefore cannot log in. In terms of layout issues, the splash screen is stretched, the form elements in the sign in page are not properly spaced and butt up against each other, and the drop-downs in the two factor authentication page don't fit their containers.

This app is horrible. It rarely works, and when it does, it's barely even functional. Most of the time, once I log in, it just sits there, loading, and never actually logs me in. Even worse, I set up autopay from the app, and it made an auto payment twice the same month, causing my bank account to overdraft. My next payment isn't due until August 1st, but the autopayment went through on July 1st! It's like this app isn't even synched with their website. The app is a disaster.

Good luck trying to use this app! When I could login a long time ago, it was ridiculously slow to load or do anything on the app, now I can't even get on. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and that didn't even help. Apparently everyone has trouble with it. Why even have the app if you can't even use it?? This company has serious issues that need to be fixed. Not convenient at all and frustrating. The website isn't any better. I got charged twice because of issues.

Only had this app for a week and 9 out of 10 times, I cannot login as the screen goes to a pop up that mentions it cannot login at this time and to contact customer service. Or, it takes 3 minutes just to login, only to be forced back out when I try to look at my Escrow or another part on my account. The heck with that. I'll just go back to using the website to make payments. This app has way too many problems and glitches.

I wish I could just put a zero. When I first downloaded the app it worked and I loved the way it was set up. Super easy to understand. Now.. now It wont let me sign in and always gives an error message when I try. Which is very inconvenient! Please fix the app. At the moment it's just taking up space in my phone. Maybe after some updates it will work properly again but for now I'll be getting rid of it.

I have had nothing but issues trying to get into the app since my loan was transferred to this new company a year ago. I was able to get in just fine but today tried and it says an error occurred and to call customer service. I was able to login just fine on the website and it prompted me to change my password. I completed that and went back to the app to try and sign in again thinking that was the issue. NOPE. Still can't sign in through the app and keeps saying an error. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Unfortunately this last update, while a great improvement in UI and layout, has been terribly executed. Bank account information is not saved, previously entered data erases after advancing to the next field. Payment fails due to some kind of processing error. All used to work with the previous app version. Anyone needing to make a payment, I recommend going to the website for now.

This app or the communication between the server has gotten so slow...it hangs forever and sometimes it does not connect. Can you address this issue. Update 04/15/2021. Can this app get any more worse ? Yes! Loancare sent out a notification that they have revamped their website...i managed to log on for the first time in about a year. Took a look around and was very impressed, i managed to request some documents. Logged off then tried logging back in. Nope shut out just like this app!

This app isn't even worth the one star... Very Very slow to log in (if it even let's you, may take several attempts before it will load). the layout is far from user friendly, and the worst part is the app shows no record of payments made or any details of the payment. very disappointed I'm forced to accept this loan service when my loan was sold to them from a very easy and user friendly service.

Does not even let me log in. I get the message "client not enabled". I thought I had to change the setting to allow mobile access from my computer but did not find anything. Will change rating as soon as this problem is resolved. Update 2020/12/19: Sent an email to the email provided. I've gotten nothing, not even an acknowledgement. I suspect these responses are copied and pasted with no plans on actually making a usable product and to provide some semblance of "Look, we care...but not really"

Worst experience in an app ever. Fire all of your developers and start completely over again. Switching between multiple mortgage accounts does not update the screen. Cannot set default mortgage account on logon. Payment information is way off, after payment takes you back to a different mortgage account and I am back to square one trying to switch accounts again... website is just as bad!

The app is super slow. It takes like 2 min just to log in. I set up an auto draft and decided to cancel it about a day before the draft was supposed to pull the money out and it still tried to withdraw the money after I had setup a new payment date. I called customer support about it because it still tried to pull the same amount out 2 more times and got me charged 3 overdraft fees with my bank. It's been about a week, I'm out $70 and I have yet to have this issue resolved.

This app never works and when it does it's already beyond past due date for my payment. Complete garbage. Not very convenient when you're out of town on an emergency and have to make a payment. You think with all the "convenience fees" they collect, they would actually have an app that freaking worked!

Pointless, never works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've restarted my phone. I am still unable to log in. After I enter my log in information, the app acts like it is trying to log in, then you get an error message saying to call customer service. My Wells Fargo app NEVER did this. Considering going back to Wells Fargo for the modern convenience of having their app actually work.

Nothing works right for long. The app doesn't sync up with the website, ex. your payment info. Login errors are frequent, setting up a payment method only makes it a temporary payment method, forces you to pay $50 extra minimum on principle when you want to do something responsible like put an extra $20 towards principle and $20 on escrow. Little things here and there are fine, but it stacks up and gets irritating.

Garbage app, don't bother with installing it. I've spent the last two hours trying just to log in, the circle just keeps spinning. It shouldn't take two hours to post a freaking payment! App is not even close to being a BETA, yet alone a finished product. Hire a competent coder who at least knows the basics, and can test the app... AT LEAST ONCE to see if it is actually working.

Horrible. The website doesn't work, they discontinued the old MortgageView app which worked just fine. This app won't even let me log in because it doesn't populate my phone number in the 2 step verification. When I called customer service they said "we don't know why it isn't working". Big help. How exactly should I pay now??? They charge a fee for phone payments...awful!

PLEASE fix this app. Worked slowly for years and now I get a message stating "Problem occured" Travel for work alot and do not have the time to be sitting at a computer. Will change review as soon the bugs, errors, etc are fixed. Btw...I refuse to call customer service. Too many prompts and the guys voice is creepy. Thank you

I am not one to leave negative reviews. Normally i will just uninstall an app and move on with my day but this is a big deal being my mortgage app. App looks great on the play store but once you install and try to login it asks for two-step verification which doesnt give you any selections to choose your phone number to verify. i have installed and uninstalled multiple times with the same result. i type in my username and my password it moves to two-step verification and you cant go any further. this would be a very beneficial app for anyone that has a mortgage through LoanCare but as it stands, the website is the only option. Please get this fixed and i will change my review!

This app is absolutely horrible. Same issues as everyone else. Literally takes me days to be able to get on and pay my bill. Sits there and spins the circle like its loading and finally after 100 attempts I get in. But more often than not even if I get logged on, it ends up giving an error and crashes. I shouldnt have to make 200 attempts to log in and pay my bill. Nothing short of ridiculous.
