The application relies on information from Web-Watch "http://www.ltconline.ca/WebWatch/ada.aspx", if that website is down there is NOTHING you or I can do but wait for it to return.Further more I am NOT affiliated with the London Transit Commission, that means don't complain to them about this app.

The app is worthless, it's almost nonfunctional at the best of times. Paper schedules are -- somehow?! -- more reliable.
Worked Well....until a month ago. Now all it shows is "no further buses". Please fix. I depend on this app everyday. Edited: 26 June, 2019 Is this ever going to be fixed? Keeps saying "no further buses". I'm thinking of uninstalling.
It keeps saying that there are no further busses scheduled when there is. It's been happening with other apps too. I can't find a working app.
the app hasn't worked in weeks, it's currently entirely useless. WAS great before that, would give it five stars if it actually worked

This app was really good and helpful when I first downloaded it, now a week later and I just get "no further buses" for every route and stop
This app makes taking the bus much easier, I can check the arrival times so I don't miss it

I'm trying this app again with the changing of the schedules & the apps. Some of the apps aren't working at all still & some are pure garbage. This one is pretty good, a definite improvement over what it used to be. I'm a little confused about the "favourites" buttontan because it does nothing besides add a little starwhen you look at your stop to tell you it's your favourite stop. But you already know that. It doesn't indicate the stop on the list for quick reference or let you name it differently. But that is a small thing as long as all the stops are there this time & it doesn't tell me there are "no buses at this stop" when I'm standing at the stop on a Saturday afternoon again, I'm happy. Excellent improvements. I'm optimistically hopeful.
This app give incorrect times more often than it gives correct ones. And offers live updates, which do not happen. I'll be waiting for a bus and it will disappear from the app because they think it's gone by already, and then it takes another 5 minutes. And the app is often "down" and not working, giving us no bus times at all
This app was great, then it had an update and now it shuts down for days at a time saying that it is down and to give it a min to fix..a week later still down. It's frustrating lately hope it gets back to how it was before the update
Had this app for a while and it worked great. Had some issues recently that was frustrating, because we rely on this app. The developer addressed the issue quickly and it is working perfectly now! We tried a few other apps and this one is hands down the best! Thank you very much!

I loved it, and will be happy to give you 5 stars, once you have it start working again. This app was amazing, but has crashed and no longer works. It won't load bus routes. Once it's working again, I'll gladly change to 5 stars.
Love it, most reliable accurate bus app out there. This app was a daily use for me and made traveling with the LTC bearable. Must have for traveling via the LTC. Update: alway says LTC is down now... Let down is an understatement Update 2: So far seems to be fixed, back to 5 stars you go! Update 3: Broken again. Ever since the LTC "updated" their website this app has been really inconsistent.
Worst Experience with this app. Im standing right at the Stop and this app is not showing that particular bus stop but other as well and it has happened multiple times. After updating it, it has now stopped working completely and keeps on showing the message "MyLTC is Down. Keep it some time to Fix". Its been 4 days, still down. Very Pathetic service 👎🏽
