Response time for non-urgent questions is slow. It is likely for lack of staff and time. Providers and their staff cannot spend more time on the portal than hours in more acute patient care. I'm not having an issue with the provider. Perhaps a review of the priority system of care via Epic is in order.
Appointments are not available for so long with many doctors. I had a gynecologist appointment cancelled by LVHN because doctor was not going to be in. It was rescheduled for 2 months later??!! I already had it rescheduled once before. It shouldn't take so long to get a gynecologist appointment (especially when you have concerns.) I've been on wait/cancel list for over a month for with no luck. Just had to reschedule a cardiologist appointment from May 5th. New one? AUG 26TH!! Seriously??
App works great! Very clean and direct interface. Simple to understand and use.
I Like the convenience of the messaging and no paperwork! I Dislike- another added step to sign in with passcode. Covid-19 information is to much in your face...imho

This is the best medical app that I have ever used! Extremely simple to navigate, everything, and more is at your fingetips. Best ever to keep all medical information organized and within reach.
I don't understand much of this technology, still prefer one on one, face to face with medical professionals.

Not for anyone who is not tech savvy, doesn't have a new smart phone, or has poor internet connectivity issues. To do a doctor's visit you are prompted to install another 3rd party video app to connect which I find cumbersome. You absolutely have to log in early because it will prompt you through a list of questions and have you sign a waiver to check-in. Then you have to sit around on camera until the physician shows which can drain battery. 3 stars only for the fact I can access my labs.
Love this app! It is so so convenient. I can get all my important apps as well as test and yes even my bill statements. 5 stars!!!
The UI is atrocious! It's like ya copied a social media feed design, pointless! LVHN and the MyLVHN app are sub-par at best!

Very informative and easy to use
It is easy to use and very convenient. If you need to ask your doctor a question, you can right in the portal. Making an appointment is a breeze . I hate having to call the main number...it takes forever . It's all there e-visit , video visits, questions, making appointments and viewing test results, you could even read there notes after a visit or procedure. I just wished the doctor's and there office's were as good . LHVN in the poconos is a disaster but the portal is great lol !🤦♀️
This is the most screwed-up mess that I have seen in a long, long time. Very counterintuitive, cluttered and impossible to delete notifications of no value. I wonder if it's even possible to fix this horrible junk app.
This is a very welcome addition to medical care. Communicating is easy and convenient. Prescription refills no longer require being on hold for extended periods of time. Seeing test results is a nice bonus and I am able to form questions for when the doctor calls with results. I have not had the opportunity to use the e-visit but I am scheduled for this Tuesday and I am sure it will also be smooth. My compliments!
Had difficulty with app. Needed assistance getting to where i can use pin to access. Reminder of appts is and Reading test results are good. Have multiple messages i couldn't delete and they keep repeating themselves. Thus, cannot clear message board so only new messages are noted. I struggle with technology ; everyday more is added. I don't want my life taken over by passwords,pins,2nd verification. Cars, phones, pay bills, purchasing products/groceries , cannot get away from it. Was bad enough with keyboard prompts to get to a service dept.
