***Update*** The below issue only occurs when connected to WIFI. Using carrier connection only, Solo Translate connects and works. App will not recognize my phone's internet connection and subsequently will not translate using solo translate. App also crashes when either trying to login to account or trying to use group translate. Support is nonexistent on the website. The Clik+ earbuds are pretty nice though; would not have bought them if I knew I wouldn't be able to use the translate feature.
So far I give it ZERO stars!! The translation is snail slow and you better off using Google Translate for free!! Returning these because it was the #1 reason I bought them and it doesn't work.
ear buds connect to app but dont work WITH the app. no sound when person speaks it comes over phone speaker only. Lousy customer service they dont respond to questions or concerns..
Not happy! The Spanish translation is HORRIBLE!!! Plus, it took forever to set up the connection. Great concept but need work...BIG TIME!

continues to ask for internet connection. app crashes often.
Seems like I wasted over $300 on earbuds that don't work like I expected. Can not "translate in real time". Waste of money and waste of time. No way I would want to rely on this in a foreign country when it doesn't work properly in my living room. Think it's a great concept but apparently it's not ready for the real world yet.

Translations from English to Danish were quite good. However, translations from Danish to English did not make any sense.
I travel often and i have used countless translation software i belive this is the best out there forget google translate you have to use this one

I'm very impressed, it's fast easy conversational translations! I can't wait to use it in conjunction with my Mymanu Cliq earphones! But the app in and of itself is amazing!
Translates from English to French well, however French into English is very inaccurate
Update: after three days I got the activation email. App still only partly works. Only translates a few lines before no longer working. I believe never get there option to send a link to the other party. I'd really like to like this software. I have the clik+ headset and everything (which are real nice) but at step one, creating an account for the app, it fails. I never receive a confirmation email, therefore I can not even use half of what I bought the headset for!
