Horrible app. The main home page keeps flashing to the point of being creepy. When you try to shop and set up a filter, once you hit the back button to continue browsing, the app closes. Not able to purchase anything on this app. I will uninstall and try online website. Shame on you Maurices, time to improve, it's 2021 and plenty other apps to shop from.

I am unable to log into my account through the app. I get a message telling me that my password doesn't match my email. I tried the reset password option and says there's no account with that email. I tried to set up a new account but it says there's an error and kicks me out. I went online through Google Chrome and was able to sign in no problem with the exact same information which makes this a pointless app if it's not going to work correctly and I have to go online anyway.

Have not been able to login even once. Went to sign in and it told me I had the incorrect password. Tried to reset password and it told me that I didn't have an account with that email address and I needed to sign up. Tried to sign up and it told me that an account with that email was already set up. Make up your mind! In a world full of apps and online shopping, it's a shame that my favorite store's app isn't working.

I installed the app, i couldnt log in so I had them send me a temporary password. I then reset my password within the app, and it started glitching. I logged out, and then couldn't log back in. I had them give me 3 temporary passwords. The second 2 wouldn't work at all, it kept telling me that the information provided was incorrect. I typed my email exactly how it should have been and typed the password exactly how it was in the email.

Can't login... I can login just fine on the website, but the app keeps telling me the password is wrong. When I try to reset my password, the email doesn't come through. I love Maurices, but the app has provided a poor user experience. I read other reviews and people had the same issue months ago. An issue like this should be fixed by now.

Terrible app. Cannot get signed up. Uninstalled and installed again, same problem. Re-entered information multiple times. Anyone that successfully signed up and signed in....please share your secret. Very disappointed. I would have rather rated it a negative 5, but of course that's never an option. Get the bugs out or remove the app, it doesn't work anyway. Complete waste of time.

As with the other reviews, I am unable to log in. I tried to reset my password using the link in the app, but when I use the temporary password that I just got via email, I get an error that the password is incorrect. That makes this app useless. Thank goodness I can see my reward points on the website.

The app ALWAYS glitches. I've had to install and uninstall this app more times than I can count. It always tells me my sign in information is incorrect or that I don't have an account to sign up and when I sign up it tells me I already have one! it's pretty useless aside from your reward coupons.

I love Maurices, was even an employee for 4 years, but this app is terrible. I had it once before and it was difficult to figure out how to get to the 'shop' page because it would open to the rewards page. Downloaded it again on my new phone, but now I can't even sign in. Tried creating a new account but unknown errors kept me from signing up. I finally gave up and uninstalled this app.

I am having the same problem with this app as everyone else. I love Maurices, but they are expensive so you would think they could afford to hire someone to fix this app. Customer service tells you to uninstall and reinstall after several days. I have tried that over and over. It doesn't work. Many people are having this issue so I'm sure they know that uninstalling the app won't really work and i suspect they are just trying to get you off the phone. Maurices, fix your app already, seriously.

Just like every other person, I've had the same issues with this app. I'm never able to log in even though it's the same info I use to access the Maurices website with no difficulty. As previously stated, I can get so far and then it just spins and spins, never to let me into the app! So sad that all of us are complaining about the exact same issues yet the app has not been fixed by the company.

App NEVER works!!! It worked when I first installed it and now over time I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, reset password, started a completely new account (with which I lost all my points), gals at the store even tried to help, I've called customer service and reset everything.....even got my old points back! But now today....AGAIN....I can't sign in to the app. What good is the app if I can't access it and my coupons/points?

The app suddenly stopped being able to login. I can log in via a web browser, but the app shows I don't have an account. I have cleared both the cash and data and it will still not login. When I attempt to reset the password it says I don't have an account. I can immediately log in via a browser.

I can never get this application to work. It says the email I enter doesn't exist, then when I go make a new profile it says email already exists. The website does the same thing. Or, it will be an unexplained error or glitch. So frustrating when I'm just trying to pay my bill.

I've been on this rewards program for years. I even still have my old punch card and the card that you would scan in the store with every purchase. I've downloaded the app, but haven't ever been able to use it because I forgot my password. When I try to reset my password, it tells me that I dont appear to have a rewards account and that I need to sign up. When I tried to sign up, it tells.me that there is already a rewards account set up for my email. I'm annoyed and frustrated.

Told me my password was incorrect - tried resetting it. The app told me my email wasn't connected to an account. Went on mobile site, reset my password with the same email with no problem. They could really grow if they could put more into this app! Whenever I crave some maurices shopping I go for the app before I remember its much more satisfying on a browser, but then I get distracted opening my laptop or already have too many chrome windows open on my phone and put it off.

Keeps saying my password isn't correct but I can log in online to my Maurices account just fine. After multiple attempts, even tried to start a new one but it pinged with my reward ID as an established account and wouldn't allow me to go that route either. Deleted it.

I'd give it ZERO STARS, if I could! This app is WORTHLESS. I try to sign in and it tells me my password doesn't match my email. So I click on forgot password. It then tells me that it has no record of an account with my email. Fed up, I decided I'd just create a new account. Guess what?! Yep, that's right! It says an account already exists with that email. And before anyone tries to tell me that "it may take several days" for things to sync up, IT'S BEEN A MONTH since I tried the first time!!

I'm actually pretty disappointed with this app. Just about every time I go to shop, I get an access denied screen. I suppose it is kinda good I spend way less money this way. About the only thing this app is really good for it checking my points. It's not very user friendly and constantly isn't working. I love Maurice's it's one of my favorite stores but the app is one of the worst shopping apps I have.

This app is terrible. I leave it logged in because it is so difficult to sign in everytime and that after a while it signs me out. When I try to reset the password it says there is no account associated with that email and to create a new one. Then when I go to create a new one it says I have an account with that email address. I have no idea why it says that and now I can't sign into my account at all.

It is hard to navigate. Not impressed. If I use my phone's back button it will close the app. I am trying to add to my card and nothing will add. The screen on the mymaurices page is glitchy.

I wanted to try this because the website lags and sometimes not add items to my cart. But I have the same issue as everyone else and cannot login. I triple checked my password and it works fine if I use my browser. 🤷‍♀️ I guess Maurices doesn't care that this app is broken.
