The app is not user friendly enough. It only allows u to check your internet usage. Unable to view used talk time, SMS and roaming fees. Functions are too limited. Other service providers app can allow you to view all the above via the app. Even considering to change service provider for ease of use.

Apps always crashes, sometimes couldn't be open, Maxis line also slower than a snail. Paid rm150 every month for nothing. Overall Maxis' service is a scam. Can't wait to finish the contract and terminate my Maxis and delete this app forever. Gave Maxis a second chance, but no more after this.

I will also rate this app as well as MAXIS a -10, their line is ultimate bad even in town section and I have tried to open myMaxis app monthly during bill payment since 2019 until now in 2022, and I am always asked to type in the number in the message received, but I will never receive the message with the pin number. I have called 123 to complain on this matter so many times, even my phone will disconnect the calls automatically in the middle of conversation. VERY LOUSY SERVICE. BAD. Lousy co..

My sister paid for the family plan but she unable to use her data because she loss her phone. We'll, she stay in Australia rn and she can't do anything about it. I try to solve the problem by going to the branch of maxis but I got no good response. How could she paid for rm199 for a month only for 30gb I used? BTW the plan was only for 2 people. I wonder how maxis could do this to us.

If there is an option for me to rate 0 stars on it, I will definitely do it without hesitation. It took me minutes to wait for the app to load. It's just stuck at the Maxis logo. I don't know why but iOS does not have this issue. I also couldn't see my share lines when I clicked the manage data pool, no issue faced on iOS. Maxis should update this app and fixed the bug, having a very bad experience when using the app. So disappointing.

One of the most ridiculous app and stupid. Sent sms to use the app to print annual statement for tax purposes but your app doesn't have the annual billing to select. Collect money Maxis is No1, comes to service, Maxis is also No1 from the bottom

Totally stuck, can't log in, coz mobile not registered, when I sign up, can't sign up mobile is already registered. I tried calling 123, the entire menu there is no option for this issue or to talk to someone. I went to FAQ, no help, I tried WhatsApp chat, they only have options to sell plans. can't even interact there.. have nowhere to go and I don't know how to pay my bill... this has been happening for few days and now my bill is overdue. FYI I was using the app for years without this problem

The app after update stands still at loading page. It says waiting for the app to be ready...forever. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but didn't help. Same problem after many updates. What's wrong with Maxis?! (Updated 29/4/21) 13-Feb-2022 - I don't know what is happening to Maxis. The problem of the app still as it is one year ago. It takes 5 minutes to load the app and get ready. Why Maxis as a major telco operator is not looking into solving the problem!?

Apps keep asking relogin, maxis coverage is perfect with 0.0 mbps speed, most of the time full bar with 4g, occational 4g+ but 0.0 mbps, speed test wont even function because of no bandwith. Only whatsapp. What is the purpose of having 30GB quota if i cant even use it. Worst than celcom.

Do not bother having assistance on the app. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No human assistant for support and all I get is virtual assistant which can only help you with how to sign up for their services not to complain or not to get support in other. And the very weird thing in 21st century is that they didn't even bother having customer service email to contact them.

"Problem retrieving your service". Keep having this problem for a few weeks now. I can't view my data usage, can't pay my bill, can't subscribe internet, can't do anything at all! Please fix this! No problem with my internet btw, it's fast as always.

The line getting slower around 12pm to 4pm recently. It happened in January and February too. No action has been taken after my complaint. Yet, only robot is answering you during complaint!! I am sure it is not about coverage problem. This matter occured at west Malaysia and also east Malaysia. Low signal sign and even no signal could be happened in the same period of time (during afternoon)! Incredible!!! Poor service!

It's really annoying. I can't change the value added service via the app. Alrdy uninstall and reinstalled but nothing's change. Also, alrdy login through my PC but also the same. Can't even call the customer service so why bother to put the 'call our customer service'.

Maxis issued me previous month bill which is due in 30 days, but they barred my line just 1-2 hours after issuing the bill.. Sadly that did not happen with previous 4 bills. Since maxis suggesting me to change to maxis postpaid, i have regularly having line problem. Disgusting. I am terminating this service.

Network become extremely unreliable recently, speedtest shows 20mbps download, but can't even load mymaxis app. App works only during the day, it goes offline at night often.

This app crashes so often, each time claiming 'Invalid email or password'. I've uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled it at least 15 times in about six months. Surely it can't be so difficult to design a properly working app of this sort, especially one that does hardly anything, after all. It just shows how little Maxis cares about its customers.
