EDITED: Raising to 3 star. The finally did an update. Took 7 months but finally works with my Samsung S6 Tablet. Will see how it goes and if I can give it a higher rating later.... Took it down to 1 star as they have not done an update in 6 months. Crashes Samsung S6 Tablet. Works fine on my phone but just doesn't work on the tablet it keeps exiting out when I try to start the program....... Still waiting for update. Last update 9/15/20. Don't think they're going to fix the problem anytime soon.

I love how I can check my account and the pending fees still come out the available balance. You can transfer funds and I just love it. App doesn't really mess with me and had it for couple months now. I have samsung 9 and works great

Its not just the app. I agree with all negative reviews regarding the bank itself which is bad. Now that your done shutting the bank down for 4 days to update. I can as I have had to do countless times reenter logins and passwords I dont have anymore. Or I can switch all my money to my other bank and never have these app login issues to see MY money. Secret agent banking with your constant login resets and other stupidity now goes to a bank that works for me. Thats 2 disability checks go to USAA

Thought it was just me going through these issues, then an update rolled out and I was under the impression that the app was going to be improved but low and behold the app is still will not load so guessing the only option left is to go online from now on!!!!

What's the point of having easy access to ur bank, when the app is always on maintenance and then the finger scaner never works and app is useless. Then it locks you out of ur account. You have to call them what a waste of time.

ever since the last app got revamped, i have only but problems. it never loads and i can never access my account. its so frustrating! ive been banking with mccoy for over 20 years and I'm so upset that i can't access my account when i need.

App just says Loading Accounts with a stats bar that stops before the end and just stays stuck. No account info shows up. Happened after the latest Samsung update on my phone.

Until a few days ago was able to access my app. Now I can't. When you request the forgot password it says that Mccoy.orgs is 3xpired and needs to be renewed. What is going on? How unfortunate you can't get any live help on the weekends.

Very user-friendly and necessary app. I especially like the section that gives you your credit score and will even suggest options to save you money on interest

The old McCoy app was horrible. But I so love this app. I can easily log in, view my accounts, make transfers, set up text (or email) alerts. Great app!

Always having problems with authentication. It keeps processing and never logs me in. Reinstalled it, worked for a day or so and the issue comes back again.

After years of using Mobile deposit it is now asking to download APP. I have downloaded the App but it cannot find file therefore cannot make Mobile deposit. Phone help is not good either. It was working very well until today 03/10/21

The app always has problems. You can never open it. Network down, no connection the list goes on

App is horrible I can never get to see my account. Reset password buttons do nothing it used to work but hasn't since last year.

i worked flawlessly on previous phones but on my 1+ 6t it had login issues. failures to log in or failuers to load the info once logged in. please help. i need to see my account balances

Unable to make deposits. Once one clicks for a pic tha app closes and takes you back to the lofin page.

App is broken. Whats the point of having it when you cant even log in. Its not even a convience but more of a headache...... Watching the loading screen over and over. Its a joke

this app used to work fine, then it stopped working. not able to log on. this really sucks! i use a app for my other Banks. its sad that a credit union has this crappy app.

Until yesterday I was able to access the app and website...no problem. Now all my account info is loading and taking forever. What's going on?

It's a nightmare...... Im.using all the right information username and password and can't log in ...just deleted from my apps inventory....

This app is constantly giving issues. One moment you can login and then a next you can't. So frustrating...

This app started out okay but then it we'll slow to load then would not load after multiple attempts. It is not a good app.

Great, except now I can't transfer funds between accounts. It doesn't seem to work on the wbsite either.

The worst bank ever they updated the app and now it's worse first of all they forced me to change my passwords wich i was fine with mine. since hey made it very difficult when I change it to a new one, is the way they want it now I forgot it,(because is their way not mine) I tried to reset my password it locked me out of my account I called the number, they can unlock, because is after business hours. So they tell me that I have to go into the bank in the morning like I have time for that?!?

So excited to see it's already available at our bank!.... Can depend on them for so many things. Just LOVE my McCoy Mobile app!!!

Can't access my account due to an "unknown error". It happens constantly.

App keeps crashing. Going on two weeks now. Very disappointed.
