I can log in fine thru the website However this app. will Not let me log in. I've made several attempts. Even made adjustments to my settings several different ways. Last thing to check was to see if possibly it's not me or my phone. Maybe something is wrong with the app. Yepper it's the app. So, PLEASE HURRY & FIX APP! p.s. the 1 star I posted is not even right. As of now it's no stars cause I've never been able to use it. So how would I know. So far No-good.
Actually 3 is higher than I should give it. Same as several others have said. I know I put my birthday in correctly and it changed it from 4 to 3. No way to change it.
It keeps changing my birthday to random dates, will not let me finish, delete, restart an application (won't leave the same page which is like the 3/4 question into it). I can't so anything except look at stuff.
Won't let me login. Keeps popping up messages saying app out of date, go to store? I have uninstalled 3 times, installed again 4 times. Still same thing
Like many others here, I have been unable to login through this app as it tells me my information is incorrect where I can log in on a web browser just fine. Frustrating!
App doesn't work. Has never worked. I've tried it on different phones. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. App is USELESS
Well my first experience with this app its telling me my username or password is incorrect . I've tried numerous times making sure I'm typing correctly. I turn around and login perfectly from the computer with same info. What gives?
Absolutely horrible! Also won't let me log in, says my information is incorrect when it's not. I'd give a negative star rating. I miss the Fresh EBT app. It was awesome!
For 2 days, the app is refusing to open. It keeps force closing. Quite annoying actually.
Garbage waste of time! If I could give it a lower star rating I would. Can't even log on to get it started. 🖓
Couldn't log in at all
Useless! I wasn't able to register OR login after creating my password and username on the actual website.
does work logs me out all the time cant relogin at all when i do a new account on it and i error does not know ure login whenbi just did a new andnit wont accpet it and locks me out everyrime

It came up when I searched Michigan and it says on bottom, Mississippi. unable to use 😣
Cant log in keep saying wrong username and password but works fine on computer.
This app just let's me login and ask which way to receive mail notices and you answer and it just sits there you cant go any farther
This app messages up so much

Can not interact or upload documents. Have to go to the website to do that!

All great except I dont get the notices for my account until way after they come

This app would be a lot better and more beneficial during this pandemic if we could use it to submit our documents. Especially since none of the other ways to contact DHS are working. So far, I haven't had any issues with log in.
