App only works half the time and gives me a Server 500 error often when I try to view billing or messages. Most of the time I can't load pictures on the app which (most of the time) is why I need to use the messaging system in the app. When it works, it's super easy to navigate and easy to pull up information on me and my family.

Update. When will this app be fixed? I keep getting an internal error. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! Trying to read messages from my provider. App worked perfectly up until a month ago. Getting internal error when I try to read messages from my provider. This defeats the purpose of using the app. Also some of the links that I click gives me a blank screen. Additional detail-The email address provided on this site for Mercy to get help is unmanned.

Overall helpful, but 3 stars until it becomes more reliable. It frequently fails to connect to the backend server, mostly when trying to read messages or test results. It also occasionally shows "new" notifications, even after I have read them and/or cleared them. (There is nothing actually new.)

Relating to the app function I've been using it for quite a while and I admit sometimes it gets frustrating, overall it's a fantastic tool! On a positive note the reason the app gives Error'" message following first inquiry I don't know... Has been doing this to me for a while...but all you need to do is completely log out, after each success..then back in again, and it will work !!..... For some reason it can only handle one category at a time.I only have to use it for 2. try.. it will work

An error has occurred on backend server is a common occurrence. Over a year ago I almost never had a problem but now its does this when I want to get into messages. I often have to login through the main website instead of the app. I have to login twice to reply to messages because it kicks you out everytime to reply.

I have a horrible time navigating through this site. Took me a while to figure out how to even log out. I received error messages when trying to get lab results or read letter's. I am not a technical person obviously. Simple and easy is for me, which this is not. This could be a great tool, unfortunately I get tired of trying to figure out how to navigate it to get an error message .

We have seen many providers over the past few years. It's so convenient to pull up meds, allergies, labs and past notes when we have to see a specialist outside of Mercy. Previous messages can be looked at to establish an accurate timeline for my child's ever changing medical issues. I love being able to send a message at anytime of day to our providers instead of waiting on the phone.

So many server error messages. Some days that's all I get. Tells me my contact information needs reviewing or updating. No box to leave things as they are. So the update/review bar never goes away.

I really enjoy using this app... it makes everything so easy ... its nice to be able to message my dr whenever I have a question and not have to call and be on hold for 30 mins ... and all my information and my test results everything is right there when ever I need to see it ..

Needs a lot of work. Has the potential to be useful once the system errors are remedied. The app currently displays the requested information about 30% of the time, with 70% system error messages.

Half the time when you try to send a message or schedule an appointment through this app you just get an error message over and over again. I've had this app for about 2 years and they've never fixed whatever the problem is. Not worth your time.

Worthless app. Constant 500 server errors.No help from cus support.. answer 2 months after questions. Say they are overwhelmed with messages, but somehow manage to post bills before you leave the dr ofc.They wiped off all past statements. All you can find is current one and of course , balance due. But if you are wanting anything else, forget it. Going back to paper billing so I can have copies. Wont bother with this app anymore.

Does not display all test results. I get notifications that I have new test results to view, but when I click to view them, it says the document is not supported.

I used to love the app. But lately every single time I get a new test result or a message I always get an error code that says error 500 server issue. How many server issue is definitely not with my side as something definitely wrong with the app. Please fix because it is super annoying.

The app does have connectivity to my account, when it feels like working. I have more 500 Internal Server errors and app crashes than I have had success using the app. It's easier to just call the doctors office than have to deal with the app.

App is very glitchy. Most of the time when I click on something it gives me an error code. Also, billing 'through the app is terrible. Very hard to follow what you owe for each visit.

When u try to open files and messages, I get a 505 error message, server unavailable. This is occurring more frequent. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. Did not fix the issue.

The "My Mercy" app is an extremely easy & convenient way to communicate with my doctors and clinic. But, to note.... occasionally when I've tried leaving a message for doctors, it wouldn't go thru for what ever reason.

When it works, it's great. Too many "500-internal server error" messages though. You get maybe 30 seconds of it working as it should (which is great), then you start getting the error message.

For the last month or so I can't navigate to all the screens without getting an internal error. I can't make a payment without it erroring out. What the heck happened to this app?! It used to work.
