The app won't send a verify phone link, and it is very difficult to navigate.

Great app! Love the communication with the doctor. Don't love the lab results page. I wish you could see all of them at a glance instead of having to click each one.

This app is very user and patient friendly. It facilitates ease in communication, appointment scheduling and appointment check-in. I wish all my medical providers used this app.

App worked great except for food . Understand there were issues as 6th floor had just recently been opened. System tech explained issues to me so that I clearly understood.

Difficult to find the most basic things, then wait on eternal hold after you get frustrated trying! You realize quickly it's only for looks... 👎

I love having the information about my health at my hand. Very useful source to keep in contact with doctors about any issue and able to review all my health records.

Very good web site, informative, accurate, easy to understand and navigate. What makes it really good is the responsiveness of the staffs reply and the rapid test results.

My Chart does not allow me to go back & read the "subject", so I can correct any typos. I hope the "subject" with its typos, will not confuse my doctor and what I need for her to know.

I've not done more than SCAN what's inside at this time, but I'm excited to learn more! Thanks for allowing us a safe & easy way to view our info! I can hardly wait to look inside my file again!

I had tried to use this app for urgent care. I accepted all permissions for this app and no matter what I try I am told I can't be heard. My microphone works for other apps and phone calls. I've had no problems with this phone. My phone is also updated to the latest Android firmware and this occurs even when plugging in headphones and connecting to Bluetooth headphones.

It's great having all of my doctors in one place where I can easily communicate and get test results.

It seems like every time I try use it. I need to do an update. I also have trouble using it on my laptop because of connectivity issues caused by the software. It would be nice to receive text messages or emails when there's been a change that requires an update or an alternative browser. It would give the opportunity to adapt to the changes. Trying to do it on the fly 15 minutes before an appointment never works well.

Well it used to work okay with a glitch only in viewing bills. Now everything takes forever to load, hate the new format, cannot access my doctors notes due to "error". Took several times to send a message to my doctor due to "error". Just annoying. Going back to the regular website. Hopefully that isn't so bad.

Initial experience was great. Able to see everything and schedule appointments with most of my Health professional team. Especially liked the ability to accept available earlier appointment options. HOWEVER - Now most doctors and my past and future appointments have DISSAPEARED rendered MyChart useless and me scrambling to contact everyone to find my upcoming appointments! Waste of everyone's time! VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING. POOR IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGY!!!

Great being able to communicate directly with my physician and his staff anytime. Also to have different options for appointments is a game changer. It's a great app for followup care and testing info as well.

It is so easy to get in touch with my doctors. If I need to message them with a question, I have always received a quick response--usually within a few hours. Lab and test results are very fast and easy to read and understand. Scheduling appointments has never been easier.

This app is a great tool, especially went you can't drive.It made life easy..just like the app.

Why does this app need complete access to my personal internet search history, my photos, my phone numbers, things that have absolutely nothing to do with my medical history ? Who I text, where I go, photos I take, my personal conversations is no ones business and has nothing to do with my medical history. Giving anyone complete access to my personal life is ridiculous. WTH kind of people want to be able to access anyone's microphone, camera or text messages ?

Very easy to order refills, easy to find a specialist, and to contact doctors and nurses with health questions. It's convenient to request an appointment and more efficient than calling.

Cannot get into my Chart and use for appointment, constantly changing password and adding more codes that block me out and deactivate every time is not functional.

App great except entering a year. When 70 yrs old it takes forever to narrow back. Please fix it where year can be typed in. If year not entered info cannot be completed and finish pushed. Way to labor intensive for the year entry. Please improve this. Otherwise very good

I love MyChart! The abilitybto go to any Methodist doctor, facility, or lab and all my info is right there. I dont have to bring a big folder of health information with me to each new appointment. Its the best

Has crashed on me twice, and I've needed to have another virtual visit as the medication I've been prescribed is not working. Every time I log into this app it asked me about all my insurance information. I don't understand why that cannot be permanently saved as it is in My Chart. People who do not feel good don't have the time to continue to go in circles

Horrible experience. They took my 20 dollars, I waited for two hours and then the physician that I waited for magically logged off. Called back two days later to get a refund and waited for 55 minutes. I surrendered. Their scam won. Clever.

Love My Chart! Can access labs, leave messages for Dr., and see pretty much everything regarding my care.

My experience was very good will be back with tell family and friends about my experience.
