I had metro for many many years but lately I have coverage issues, app doesn't work, customer service is really poor, they promised too much but do nothing. Data is slow and sometimes nothing at all even at the beginning of my cycle. I can't use Hot spot and I have the $60 plan which is the higher. I don't mind paying more if I had good service, the only thing that stop me for switching company is Amazon prime, but I may have to let it go if the service doesn't improve. 😠

I went into a metro store today to purchase a new phone. I purchased the Samsung A13; I was eligible for an upgrade and was told that because of the 5g, that the A13 was extremely fast, had a great camera and that is is much better than the other phones that I could have chosen from. I've has the phone for 1 hour and I'm beyond disappointed. The phone is extremely slow, my apps are still downloading, the camera is horrid, and it takes forever to open a text. I was lied to and am so disappointed.

I don't like the app. I don't even use MetroPCS anymore. I'm on Boost Mobile, so at this point, this app is just flatware, can you guys please respond and tell me how I can get rid of this app, it is really slowing down my phone and how fast it moves because it runs itself at the startup. Very intrusive.

It has an issue running while the phone is using a VPN. So I have to turn it off go back into MyMetro, then quickly turn my VPN back on to ensure my data's safety ... it's irritating and puts my phone at risk for a short time.😒 In response to Metro if that was so the app would immediately stop working once I put the VPN back on. But the app works just fine after I rerun the VPN. It's just the pop up that says it can't work with a VPN but then suddenly does🤨

It's not letting me down load any apps, Thank you I fixed the problem with your directions but forgot to mention that half the times my data doesn't work and doesn't allow me to be on my apps such as Facebook and audio mack. What can I do to fix this issue? It gets very annoying when I'm not able to enjoy certain apps. My phone also hangs up on all my phone calls.

I used to love the ease with which I could pay my bill on here. But ever since the new merger I've had to get 3 new bank cards, trying to get this app to accept my darn debit card (that, BTW, worked EVERYWHERE! ELSE!)to pay my bill using this app, It still won't work with this app! I'm about to go to T-Mobile! & I've been a loyal MetroPCS customer for 11 years!. I don't have any choice!

Poor service. Trying to submit an insurance eon my phone but keep getting free redirected . So how can I get this done. More runaround? I'm thinking of switching service. This type of issue is never ending . Terrible service . Only worried about getting paid. Made it easier. How about making it easier for customers to solve problems

First, I pay for services every month and when I'm at my house I have to use Wi-Fi calling and it drops my Wi-Fi calls daily daily, so I pay for a phone that I might use and I might not use. The app used to send me updates when my bill was due and doesn't now, and when I talked to customer service, who I might add is very rude, they tell me that I needed to update the app which DOESN'T need updated. Ready to switch to something else! And being charged to pay for your bill in store is not cool!

I just got a new phone with my insurance benefits through Metro and I can't even activate it on my own because I keep getting a notification stating that the Metro service is unavailable making me unable to connect with the Metro Mobile network so that I can access the myMetro app. It's all completely broken.

I've been with them for a few years and now I'm having problems trying to pay my bill..I can't access the app it just rejects me..not sure of what's going on but I'm thinking about switching up..I've never had these problems...ugh

I have been with Metro 12+yrs and lately have connection issues , calls don't want to go out, can't switch phones on line, and the biggest issue is no deals for existing customer's!! Should offer new phones to keep us on your service after so long.

customer service horrible connection problems horrible my phone LG G7 thinq I have been a member since 2012 so 10 years I will switch to Verizon if they do not fix what's going. EDIT. I raised it back up to five stars because everything seems to be working perfectly fine again and this is why I've never changed service and been with you guys since at least 2012. I really hope it continues to work perfect like it is now...

Someone thought it would be funny to change my screen lock pin after giving it to them to call home. Well I had the phone turned off after a while (4days)of failed attempts I went and did a factor reset got it all to work but phone calling and texting so I went to the store all in all turned out the sim card got corrupted, SIM got replaced and been working since. I too had issues going thru the app to costumer service.

Metro PCS has been a nightmare since I became a customer back in November. The app freezes, customer service is a joke since it's a hit and miss on whether or not you will be connected with a representative that actually knows how to fix an issue. Mostly they just make you out to be wrong if that can't seem to come up with explanations for your questions. I wouldn't even rate it one star. Highly unrecommended!!

I keep updating the app but the app will not let me pay my bill or add any cards to my account. I have to constantly go up to a Metro because the app just will not let me pay my bill at all. That is very inconvenient for me. Must be fixed asap.

I have been a customer for years and it's the monthly price that has kept me a customer. However now I'm in a position where I cannot afford a new phone. Both lines have broken screens and still 4g. If metro isn't willing to help me I will have no choice but to port out my phone numbers to be able to take advantage of offers for new phones

Been a customer for years. The only notifications I get from this app are for new customer deals I am not eligible for. WTUF EDIT: I don't need to troubleshoot the fact that you offer new customer-only deals thru an app that's only downloaded (as mandatory) by existing customers. You are morons, go troubleshoot that!

DON'T TRUST METRO! What ever you do don't use the ACP benefits with them. There are better providers that would give better service and treat you better. On a phone call a CSR used the term crippled...I'm a handicapped person. If you have pay in addition to the benefit, do so with professional, honest service, and not metro. Don't pay anyone to be condescending, patronizing, cheat you. I don't have a lot of control in life, but I can pick service providers. Find better...I am!

I am BLOCKED from downloading a crucial app, My Metro, by either Metrobytmobile or by qlink wireless. When I am advised to call metrobytobile, the call is re-directed to Q-Link wireless. If my phone by Metro were lost or stolen, this would make it impossible to reach Metro

This app is really lacking on the user friendly side I think. There's a lot of things I can't do because they're either a paid service or there are stupid rules in place by Metro. Find my phone - can't access directly from my laptop? Have to go to another site? My call log is a paid service? You can cancel my live without telling me thx by curving me to get a new line and then when I lose my phone within the 1st year you hold me accountable for the phone I got with the line you canceled?dumb

I have been with metro for years now. I got a new phone a week ago. I have been trying to connect with customer service and it disconnects me instantly. My metro app on my phone, won't let me get past the permissions page. It cuts me off too. This is bologna. When having an issue it would be nice to be able to reach someone. Would be nice if my metro app worked like it used to. I called a store. They helped.

So far so shady, I'm being blocked from certain websites and my chrome and play store apps will not update. I'm getting server error messages that say "something wrong with the Google servers, that's all we know" I'm very disappointed so far.

Good deal for the money, but occasional system issues. Just lost text. Talking to customer service is a joke. Scripted and really not knowledgeable. If they get there customer service in line it would help. Have to end up going to a store. And again Metro customer service has failed. They respond telling me to send a private message on Facebook so they can address any issue. Well I am not a Facebook user, was, but stopped using the app about a year ago. Epic fail. Metro does not even read.

All a sudden have years of using metro I can not make my payment or upload my cards anymore. In app or website. Contacted support and all they will do is make my payment for me, I'm not about to give my card info through texts. Big inconvience and maybe time to leave metro.
