MyMiniFactory - Explore Objects for 3D Printing

Just installed the app and it seems OK so far. I like the variety of patterns available. I did try to sign up in the app, and I noted that the CAPTCHA didn't work in the app (it didn't even appear). I had to go online and sign up. There also appears to be some disconnect when trying to login with Google. Not really a dealbreaker for me, but potentially frustrating for others.

I'd rate 0 stars if I could. I downloaded the app to purchase the Turbillion 3d stl files. I paid 100 dollars over a month ago and still have not received the files I paid for. I've sent multiple emails and multiple in app messages to see what the issue was, and over a month later still have not been contacted my anyone. It seems they have literally took my money and ran. I am extremely unhappy with this app.

This app is great. But there are several small flaws that keep it from a perfect rating, like how many items will randomly disappear from my liked items tab, I'm required to sign in again every single time, the UI in the app compared to the website is almost blank and empty and the relevancy of searches doesn't start to match keywords until after 4 or 5 items. Otherwise it'd be an amazing app and the best way to replace thingiverse's broken app.

This app is horrible, I'm not sure the purpose of myminifactory sending emails with links because none of them load. If you dont already have the MMF app opened before clicking email link it just gets stuck on the loading screen. If you did open it already and then click the link it just brings you to the app and you have to search for said promo or advertisement. Very very lazy app with no direction or idea on how they want it to work so it doesnt. They have lost out on so much $$$$ from me

It's a great app for finding cool things to print, but lately I haven't been able to print anything because the app keeps saying my printer is "busy" when it isn't. If the app didn't say my printer was perpetually busy I'd be out printing right now. Other apps like this usually have forums where people can post their problems and others can find solutions, but this has nothing. I can't find another person with my issue anywhere, let alone a solution to this problem.

Still better then nothing but it needs work. Alot of connection errors, long load times (especially posting) and constant instances where you click something you like and you end up with something entirely different. Id still give it a try, but patience is needed.

I love the app and what it offers... except.. Opening a link from a browser has a nearly infinite loading wheel if I didn't leave the app open beforehand. Ths search featire also seems to struggle and act like there is only about 10 creators when I know I follow more than that. Sometimes the search you can look for very specific things and it acts like amazon where it just shows you some OTHER things that are not remotely related to your search... or at least they seem to be.

It's fine for browsing designs, but I can't find a way to download the models without visiting the actual site. Kind of inconvenient and defeats the purpose of using the app

After updating to the latest version, my primary use of this app is checking comments on posts. I typically receive an email, then use the link to open the app. Unfortunately it seems that these links don't quite get where they intend and I'm left with the app splash screen loading forever.

Website is great, app is terrible. Crashes a lot, especially if you try to sort by newest. Doesn't show all the models available online too.

Very limited compared to the website. This app is great for General searching that's about it. You can't look at trides, hard to view a modelers store, and your library.

App is totaly broken now, not saying it worked good before but at least it was doing what it supouse to in its limited functions... Now it just loads indefinetly or shows compleatly random pages... For example in main page there was hellboy print i clicked on it to expand and it loaded some greek statue model. Compleete junk.

this app has a lot of potential. but the search engine is broken and even sorting is impossible. like how can you make an app so bad that you can't even sort a category by views or by popularity properly, it is making the app pretty useless for searching or finding stuff. only use case is if someone has a link to a good design and uses this app. unfortunately have to stick to thingiverse with all the flaws that that app has.

When an emailed MMF link tries to open the app it just hangs and can't even be closed. No use whatsoever. Uninstalled so that I can access links via browser instead.

You ask for my parent's email when I try to register?! I'm 23 by the time of posting this review. I tried to register with Google... No luck. Apparently it says "user does not exist" well duh! I want to register! It's obvious that I don't exist in your database.

Great app. Only issues I've had are search resukts disappear if i go too deep into the presented list and that there is no dark or night mode for the app menus.

In the few minutes of using the app. The app feels very slow and when you search for a 3d model you can't download the model directly from the app. Using the web app will give a much better experience than this app

Half the experience. Browsing is fine, but you still have to go to the site to view messages and manage subscriptions. If you give is the app to use, let us live in the app.

Needs a MAJOR update, it's barely passable to browse a few models. Use the site for complete access to your profile, messages, tribes, etc.

The app is really cool once it opens, it is so much faster to just go to the website as the load times are unbearable

Always requires re-login despite being connected to Google account. Regularly gets stuck in loading screen and has very limited search functions. Website is easier to use.

Annoying when you get their email and want to see the model but the app fails to open properly. Zero validation testing before its released obviously. Been like this for over a month. Uninstalled.

Good but need a few tweaks. Models can be shared with you but you can't see what they are till you log in on a computer. This could cause you to buy things that were shared but other then that its good.

Forces tablet into portrait mode, even though I have screen auto-rotate disabled. So I have to tilt my head 90 degrees to use when tablet is placed in landscape mode? Please be considerate, as not everybody is using this app on a phone.

Great site, terrible app, appears to be abandoned by developer. Can't open links in it, trying to sort a category by newest crashes the app. Not worth using over a browser.

It barely ever works. 95% of the time when I open the app, it just sits and spins on the initial loading screen. I love what MMF offers, but this app is terrible.

Keep getting "Error liking this object" toast when I'm just scrolling. All objects appear liked. Sometimes app ends up on permanent white screen and the only remedy is force closing it.
