Useless now since last update. Now requires a cellular data connection to be enabled, but I don't have cell service any longer, only wifi. Used to work just fine with only wifi, but now, not so much. Can't get any help through the app if the app will not start.

What a useless app. I'm staying outside country and I can't use 4G to open it. I asked the staff, but nothing can help me unless I apply expensive roaming data to use it.

Being forced to upgrade v2.0.1, where a nightmare begin since then. App keeps saying that it could not operate coz too many users were using. My friend's told the same once upgraded to the latest version despite upgraded since yesterday, and still unable to the app today. What a horrible in shade of pandemic where people you keep themselves at home.

Usable most of the times(Almost). Reliability is questionable. Sometimes works and sometimes can't access because of "too many people using" of course at 3 A.M. and there is "too many people using". I understand if the server under maintenance or something if it said that. Not the new application leading app compare to any other bank application which is fine. The new design is fine. Would be better if there would to be a dark theme options. Hope to see better.

One of the best mobile banking app, with versatility and security in the go. While the app might seemed "unhip" while remaining plain-in-sight with no fancy feats from collaboration by other financial institutions on choices of what to do with your stack of Greens. Yet, I do favor this conservative theme, for the facts that I has never seen no ads, or updates that blinked on my screen to worry about anything which does not concerns my balance. Now, that's solid.

Gate way time out? What is wrong with the app? I have been trying in log in to my account but it does not work, could not login by my fingerprint nor even pass code. Really bad service. You guys really need to fix it immediately. Also today is May 26 I cannot use this app still. Said I need to update app but it is already in the lasted version, I did uninstall app but still say the same. This is so silly.

Works on private wifi until the update in 2021 that require the app to be updated via Thai sim that the app was resgistered to. A bit in convenient, but the bank site security concern as a reason. Otherwise it works as expected.

Absolute rubbish!! Tells me I need to be on a secure WiFi 3G/4G/5G to continue and when I click OK I just end up with a blank window and nothing happens. GSB really need to pull their finger out and get this fixed if not I'll seriously consider changing banks!!

The only Bank Apps doesn't allow foreigner to use it. This bank is ridiculous for ATM Card replacement asking for employment letter although my bank account still active but procedure is complicated. I don't have thai language barrier but bank isn't user friendly for foreigner.

It requires the internet through the original telephone number to register. But many have 2 SIMs which newer one is for internet data because it is cheaper. So I cannot use the app anymore.

Misleading warning message. When there's a connection error on the bank's end, the pop message says "...check your internet connection..". Please improve your user feedback.

The app is really outdated compared to other banks as it is only allowed for Thai's. The developers were not able to develop this application for use by foreigners even though the government announced it towards an era of 4.0 digital. How this bank competes with other banks???? 🤣🤣🤣
