MyMoffitt Patient Portal
You must first Sign up for a MyMoffitt Patient Portal account by visiting https://my.moffitt.org. Once you have an account, simply sign into mobile app with your username and password.
With the MyMoffitt Patient Portal App you can:
• Securely message your provider
• Request to schedule and managing upcoming appointments
• Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications and other health documents

Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.

Use portal for messaging quite often. Only complaint is that it doesn't remember frequently used addresses. Should open up address block with last 2 contacts allowing sender to select choice b4 typing in new addressee.

Typically the most difficult log in process there is .I have cancer all I want is my information. I don't care if the whole world knows. I can't even get off this screen, I'm stuck here.

The Moffitt patient portal will not release any test results for 36 hours up to 14 days. I just had a biopsy performed to see if my breast cancer has spread to my lymph nodes. I can see my test results are available on the portal but I am not permitted to view them for 14 more days. Whoever made these antiquated rules at Moffitt never had cancer. If there was uncertainty about the results they wouldn’t be available. This is purely an old-fashioned patient mistrusting rule being implemented on 2019 technology. Get with the times Moffitt. Trust your patients with their own information. Besides upper management ruining the portal the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, technicians and facilities are absolutely amazing.

Access to your "Moffitt Patient Portal" gives you access to the information you need to know from the best in the area medical professionals. Your cancer is putting a demand on your life you never expected. This app gives you the unobstructed view you need to stay informed of your medical facts.
