How to Use the MyMojoHealth App
● If you have the Keto-Mojo Classic app (prior to release of the MyMojoHealth), you will need to download the MyMojoHealth app here and sync your meter with it. You can use the same login credentials as your customer account for both the app and desktop versions.
● If you do not have the Keto-Mojo Classic app but have a Keto-Mojo customer account: Download the app to your mobile device here and use your customer account login to access the MyMojoHealth dashboard on the app and desktop versions.
● If you have a Keto-Mojo meter but do not have a Keto-Mojo customer account:
1. Download the app onto your mobile device here or view the desktop version (click here: keto-mojo.com/dashboard)
2. Create a Keto-Mojo account.
3. Sync your Keto-Mojo meter to the app using the Bluetooth function in your meter or the Bluetooth connector (for previous models).

Thus far horrible. Unable to login to app. Forced reset password twice and still can't login. I can login online fine without issue. Can't say I'm not surprised. I absolutely love this product, outside of the actual product I have no love for this app or customer service, based on a few interactions in the past. The old app will remain and this will be deleted. From what I can see this app just looks like a way to access the site and force more ads, hard pass.
It is nice that it now calculates GKI, but the sync is very slow. I event takes 10 times longer to sync then old app. And now i have to upload data? I don't want to share. Oh and the privacy policy "WE MAY MODIFY THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND CHANGES MAY APPLY TO ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WE ALREADY HOLD ABOUT YOU" Make sure you keep the old app, the new one may be a wolf in sheep's clothing. UPDATE - now it syncs and shows no data, only error messages. Have to wait for a full sync of all records to discover this. Going back to old app. - looks like "taking down" the app means you have to be online to use it. WE DON"T NEED CLOUD FOR THIS!
This app only work for a few days and while it did work the error message"something went wrong try again"would come up every so often.As of yesterday it won't even let me log in It just says the same thing "something has went wrong please try again"Made sure the app and phone is updated. I deleted the app,re downloaded the app. I Tried deleting the app restarting my phone before downloading And it still doesn't work. I use the classic app.It's not quite as detailed but it's alright.
Android users, beware, this doesn't sync with your android device. Why make a big deal about how great it is to sync your information to your device when it won't sync? I was actually excited to sync and have the data on my phone as I started keto this year. This won't derail me from my progress, but I feel lied to as I bought this blood meter because of everything the app promised. I hope you all fix this soon. Want to give this app ZERO stars but I am force to give 1 to leave a review
Has failed to synch all but first time. Does not connect to web site and site does not process sign ins correctly. All in all, a little worse than useless since it uses time and energy to produce only frustration.
I uninstalled, reinstalled and got an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again." Not happy, I have yet to use my Bluetooth Connector with my meter. I love my meter, but am very disappointed in the app.
This app consistently won't connect on Bluetooth. This app consistently will not start up correctly. They need to scrap this app and rebuild from ground up.
Major bugs. Keeps saying "something went wrong" when opening. Worked fine the first day, uploaded all data, then can't open it again.
Won't even let me log in. I reset my password, shut everything down including my phone, started login again and all I get is "Something went wrong" Care to be a bit more specific on that error???
Can't login the the app after I just reset my password. Keep getting the error message "Something went wrong, please try again." Not sure what's going on but please fix.
After downloading and reinstalling a few times I gave up. Look forward to next release and hopefully the app will be ready for prime time. Please don't let the Democrat Party work on it :)
App is offline. It is still available for download but you have to read the developer responses in the review to discover the app is offline and that is the reason the sign in page does not work.
Unable to log into the app. But I'm able to log onto the website via my PC. I'll update this rating if/when the app is fixed.
Worked for a week. Now only get a message of something went wrong. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.
Now it opens but I can't log in. Create new says I already have an account. I am so frustrated with daily issues.
Trash, cant even setup account to login. Not even password reset works. Did you bother to TEST ANY of this app functions?
Just got the meter but this app continues to ask me to reset password, I have uninstalled several times to no avail. Work on your app people!!
Absolute garbage app. It never worked, at all. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Simply horrible.
Worked for a couple weeks and then stopped. It's better than the other app when it works.
I loved it at first, loved tracking my numbers and that it calculates the GKI but it won't work now...I deleted the app and downloaded again but it won't let me log in. Please help me with this

The app worked great, aside from the slow syncing, but it stopped suddenly and I kept receiving error messages. After an uninstall and reinstall, the app doesn't recognize my login credentials. Upon repeatedly resetting my password, the app continues to be able to verify my login credentials although the Keto Mojo website accepts my input. I loved that I could track macros, ketones, glucose, and GKI. I appreciated having all that information in one location. I was really hoping this would work
