App won't launch! It just reloads the opening blue screen and white 'arrow' again and again....
Great app but, many times I get error "cannot connect to server" Sometimes disconnecting WiFi helps, which is odd, but then without WiFi it will be slow to navigate through portal. Seems this issue is also more early in the morning. Other than that, provides great needed information. I can provide screenshots, if that would help developers troubleshoot cause. {=^D
For the past 2 to 3 weeks the Android version of the app doesnt launch. If one attempts to open the app, an error message is spawned saying that I have no internet connection: note that I'm doing this review in the Android app store, the internet isn't the issue. Fortunately, I have an iphone else I wouldn't be able to use the app at the hospital or enroute to appointments.
No More Updates, Please!! Everytime there's an update the app gets worst and worst. I don't get reminders anymore. I can't log in with just a passcode anymore. There are times I can't access my calendar. I can't access some messages they are blank. This is definitely very helpful when it works. Please understand this is critical for us patients.
Unfortunately, the app has not worked for me for at least two weeks. It continuously tells me I have no internet service despite me having full wifi and cellular service. I've come to depend on the app for my needs as a patient. But now I'm stuck having to deal with the patient portal online, which has it's own issues as well.
The app doesn't remember my user id. There is constant maintenance and isn't available when I need it and barely usable when it is. It's not telling me to update but the play store doesn't show and update. When I try and skip the update it logs me out. Get you ish together developers. The app is pretty damn important for us patients.
This app is great when it works... It is very convenient for all sorts of things. However, it keeps crashing with my Samsung J7V - I keep having to uninstall / reinstall in order to use it and it's ok for one use only before crashing again. For me it's worth it though.
The portal is horrible you can't get in it's constantly showing errors and when you call up the IT group they just hang up on you
I was in patient and i couldnt connect to app while on MSK wifi! Had to switch to mobile data everytime. Then it would require me to enter username and password even though i had fingerprint login set up. When i returned home, it worked again. Very annoying.
Tech support needs to take a look at this app. I have to keep reinstalling it for an "unknown error". Haven't had trouble until now. This is important to patients when we want to confirm appointments, cancel appointments or provide information to another physician etc. PLEASE fix this bug.
Access is important and needed daily. However, consistently unable to access, esp recently. Get error "unable to reach server," or "unfortunately MSK has stopped." Very frustrating that "Help Desk" is unable to 'help' solve this issue.
I am trying to fill out the State Health Form required to get my Covid vaccination. I have tried repeatedly. I keep getting "unknown error". The Date of Birth line gives me a regular calendar with no way to change it, so l am unable to type in my birth date. For these reasons, l cannot complete the form. No tech support available. My appointment is tomorrow. I have taken out and reinstalled the app once already. I will try again. I hope it will work. Thank you.

I love having this app handy. It keeps everything fairly organized My biggest suggestion though is to add the ability to export appointments to my calendar app on my phone (ie: NOT via .ics)
For the most part, the app works very well. It is fairly easy to learn how to navigate. The only drawback is that it frequently says the server is down and not all information is available. I still would recommend it.
Update 12/28 I'm at home with wifi AND cell service and the app says no internet connection. I'm using a Galaxy S10 With the new update, the calendar/appointments wont load. Gives an error message.
Always a good experience. The doctor's and staff are always professional and very thorough. Truly healthcare professionals. We are very grateful.
After my last update, the app crashes to a white screen, when I open..I uninstalled and then reinstalled multiple times..this app was great prior to the update.
This app is great!! I love how all of my appointments are listed on here. Also all of my medical records and medicine. Easy way to speak to my doctors from home. Overall very organized app and easy to use
Sitting here at 74th street on the MSK wifi and I'm getting a message that app is not connected to the internet. All my other apps are working with the MSK wifi
Easy to navigate. And instead of logging in with a username and password it allows you to set up a pin which makes it much easier to access.
Great app, provides quick access. However since the last update on 1/27, I cannot get the app to open. I have now had to reinstall the app in order to make it work
Showing unknown error since the last update. Calendar wouldn't work. Had to reinstall the app.
I struggle to access this app. When finally got on, I am referred to the app store for a new vercion.Very difficult to get some one on the phone. Frustrating !!
Excellent experience. Learning to navigate the site initially was the only difficulty early on.
Every time logs off very fast. Not comfortable especially for people who is not feeling good. Should give much more time to stay connected.
Crashes frequently and asks for re-login. No way to save user ID and password. You need to input every time you login or app craches.
Suddenly stopped working after latest S20 update . Same error message as numerous other patients are receiving. Please fix this !
Have the app it works great , a 5 star, been using it for over a month, very helpful, I'm a patient , need the info.
So, if I forgot my PIN (passcode), i can do nothing. I can't turn off option 'use PIN', I can't change PIN, - it all require current PIN. And I didn't forget it. It was written down two years ago, and was always the same, until this app was updated.
