Great app!! I love pre paid electric!! So easy to use and understand, if you don't have pre paid electric you should get it!!
It was good until the "update". Now i can barely see my usage. It says loading for a few minutes then error. I used to be able to add a budget and see my usage in color code to see if i am meeting my budget. This has been removed appearantly. I wish you would go back to how it was. Even when i was able to see my usage post upgrade, i was only given the option to see kwh or cost but no budget tool or color coding like before. Update was actually downgrade :/
Works good was able to select last 4 of social found it right away seen everything paid my bill no problem
Unusable. Every since they updated the app I can't even log in. It says "an error occured." I haven't been able to access the app for several months now. Fortunately, their website works fine.
Much easier. Than driving across town.
This application is very easy to use, wether it's tracking current usage, past bills and payments, or making a payment on my account. MTEMC has taken the time to do an app correctly and completely functional.
Can't login. It keeps saying error logging in but doesn't give the error. It used to work until last update. Attempted to report outage. Useless app if you ask me.
I am really impressed with this app considering it's a regional utility service. Far better than similar apps, even international banking. Please add a logout action to the hamburger menu so we can instantly and safely log out after paying the bill!
Cant login to pay my bill. Website is not allowing me to login with my password either. Password has never changed and is written down. Cant contact anyone as its holiday weekend. I dont have any record of my account number. I set this up over a phone and do not have any email confirmation showing my account number.
Horrible merger, horrible website, horrible app. Glitches are abundant, cannot log into the website, and i absolutely hate this app. If I could get electric from anywhere else I would. Not to mention my bill each month since the merger has increased 27%
When I try to log in it tells me that one of my entries doesn't match their records. It says the same thing if I try to create a new account. Something went wrong in the last update, but no one has fixed it yet.
Love the app but every time my phone updates it signs me out. This time I cant access my account and when I go to reset it it says my billing account number is wrong. Please fix this issue...
App opens then when I go to login it just continues to load and will not let me login. Have tried like 20 times to login. I need to put money on my lights thru this app so please fix!!!!!
Horrible. Can't login via app or website. Was able to yesterday. No notes anywhere about service being down or inaccessible. Should be posted to facebook, twitter or app if having issues
I can't even get logged in , I was send a temporarily password and I put it in and it still doesn't let me change password, It keeps saying era are this account is already in use so I guess I will forget this portal thing and just drop off are call in
Terrible transition, as well as giving us an app full of bugs and expect us to pay on time. Ridiculous
Apparently my account number isn't valid. I sure do have to pay on that account number though. Can't even use the app.
It doesn't recognize the account info. It doesn't even let you recover the password when I try to at least change it.
I can't log in to pay my bill bc it doesn't recognize my billing account number. I bet they will notice if I don't pay my account with that same billing number.
Ever since I downloaded this app, I personally have not had any problems. This app is very informative, in depth, and I understand it.
Really easy to use
I set my app to fingerprint quick log in but that never works. App would be a 5 star for me if this problem is fixed.

I cant believe my city sold its electric company thanks city council . Know I have to change all this over . So you could put another shiny coin in your pocket . App sucks by the way .

You MUST have your correct account number (which isn't the number on the bill). You MUST have your correct zip code and email address. Call your local office to verify your information if you are unable to sign-up. The app is elementary and has no historical information and no graphing functions.
