The old version was better. The problems with this one: (1) can't manage more than one account (2) can't use it to load data or airtime when you run out - you need to do so from elsewhere before the app can run🙄 (3) trying to migrate it to a new phone and it says my number is invalid 🙄🙄

I'm enjoying the app, but since the update, the mtn prestige is not working and most times when you generate voucher benefit to use at the facility providing the benefit, the staff seem not to be aware of it. Pls help fix it. Please I expect that this device should be able to work without network unfortunately even 10mb can't activate it. Sad

New update couldn't operate on my Nokia X20 Android 12 version. I have downloaded it several times, however, it maintained the status quo. Kindly improve on the update to work on Android 12 version devices. Thanks for superb network. Thumb up.

My view to all the MTN users.This app is essential and also recommendable to the customers with this network.It's convinent for all the users.You can always top-up airtime, purchase bundles, pay your bills and many more services.It's got everything you need,all-in-one with services like Gogames and many others.It gives you greater experience and a choice with access control to the mobile internet services, wherever you go.

MyMTN App is very useful. Since I installed it, I've not had cause to worry. I'm able to share data easily with my friends and family. I was able link my NIN with my MTN lines very easily too. The app is good. Your new app seem not to have some features in this app.

Why I can't access the app without data like before now I have to get data with all means before I could log in. The app is own by the network provider. The worst part is I always see a notification to get the app update anytime I Access it and which I have done that already

Why change what works? If I don't have data I can't open the app anymore! This has to change. The app and network belong to you, why holding us to ransom? I should be able to buy data or airtime with or without data the way it was before now. I have to always beg others for Hotspot. Kilode!?

I thought the Nigerian version of the app was meant to take over from this app, only for me to get it in an update after deleting it. I enjoyed some features of the app previously but I am now getting used to the Nigerian version. I hope it is not a problem keeping 2 similar apps. I should probably delete it.

The app was working fine until recently i find it difficult to recharge or buy data with it. Each time i try, it takes me to another page i don't understand.

The App is ok, to the extent it gives opportunity to access other non phone devices that are basically dedicated for data services; opportunity to check data balances and load new credits. The App should have been available for use without data consumption. This is the major shortcoming of the App.

This app is very useless oh! Very slow to open, despite my device being a flagship. Although, I was managing it before it started bombarding my notification tray with Big Brother Naija's ads (I resemble person wey dey watch BBN or person wey no get work???)... I've gotten the trash out of my phone already... I honestly wish I can give it minus 5 star and blacklist it from showing on my playstore

It's a good application but you have to work on improving it, once we are checking our calls records it often say no record available wherein there're so many records that your app deprive us from viewing.

I used the app to pay my outstanding bill. It is functional, but the input method to specify the amount that I would like deducted from my account was unintuitive. I could not specify a cent value. Using the plus and minus icons beside the input changed the value by R20 intervals which seems inappropriate within the context I was trying to use it for. An option exists to pay with a credit card, but cancelling that option had the effect of actually submitting the payment! It would be really great if an option existed to pay via eft from the app similar to the way it can be done on the Mr D Food app. Overall, the myMTN app is very unintuitive and needs a lot of improvement.

The new app is terrible. They are focussing more on advertising than actually providing a service. The amount of options you had in the old version and the amount of info in the various voice data etc options and usage has been cut back. U know have to be able to do math in order to work out how much actual anytime DATA u have available. DONT UPDATE. I wish I could roll it back to previous version.

The MyMTN app is a good one to have, the UI is not too impressive (it's just average). I'm not too impressed by the way it function coming from a hi-tech company like MTN. I don't like the fact that the app doesn't work offline, it could have been better if it make use of a cache memory where it stores some information whereby one can quickly access such information offline & get it updated (refreshed) when one goes online to update its content. The app could have been better this way.

Am struggling to give half a star. The only impressive thing about the application is it has the colours right and gives you life feedback on your bundle - when you are connected. Navigating is terrible and it keeps making one wait for long periods to access certain services. Subscribing to a bundle has never been less difficult than my experience here. I am forced to use the app, but when trying to subscribe, am notified to use the app on subscribing. It is frustrating

Good app that does most of the things out of the box. One thing I'll add though, for user experience, especially for sme, the data sending page, should be such that the "x" close button after sending data, defaults back to the share page. That is, to aid user experience, having the page reload and ready for another quick data sending would bemust better than having to go to home screen everytime, especially when I have multiple data to end at the same time

If you're an mtn user, then this app is a must have. It allows you to do all the regular operations, but with a clean attractive UI. and you won't need to memorize any codes to use it. And unlike certain other apps ("my airtel"), you don't need data to access it. Heck, you can even use it without an internet connection at all. I can tell that the developers actually cared about the app and did their best to make it work as efficiently as possible, and they really deserve this.

MTN think they slick. They send you an offer but once you try to activate it, they'll be like "oops, seems like you dialled the wrong code." If you're not gonna give me an offer, don't waste my time and space by sending me a text message about it. It gets annoying to be honest. They give an offer but the moment you recharge to activate it??? Its no longer an option. I mean seriously!!!!!!

The app is way too slow 1. It sends OTP every freaking time, I mean that. is super frustrating and annoying to say the least. Why can't I just use password or biometrics. 2. It takes a Zillion years to load payments page when you try to make purchases from the app using your card or bank account. Frustrating! I've resorted to using quickteller for recharges and it happens at speed of light. Good side of my MTN app is buying data from within the app is way cheaper than using my banking app.

I still prefer this to the new myMTN NG now available. Here you don't need data to view your account details or do your data subscriptions. Your can see your NIN status. This is why I can still rate this app higher, even more than other networks.

This app. Says update to latest version whenever I login but getting to Google play store there's no update. If you don't have update yet remove the notification so as to stop misleading us.

It's an easy to use platform and brings everything you need on board. It's also speedy most of the time.

A good app I wish they can put a space for SIM swap so we summit our details sim swap or upgrade but sometimes network boring and the app will not be able to open

It keeps telling me to update my app tried that several times all to no avail, please try and fix it and its kinda and too slow for a network like MTN

I wish I could give this app 0 stars. It's completely useless. I've attempted sharing my airtime to no avail. The user interface is also complicated and very difficult to use. It keeps buffing even at high internet speed. The app keeps telling my pin is incorrect. So frustrating. I'm taking this to every social media platform. Even the customer care service agents are unhelpful.

What's the essence of this app. It says I should uninstall and tap on download now. After tapping on Download now the web page says I don't have permission to use the link. It's only a waste of time and data bundle.

Initially, it was working fine. It keeps saying update app and after updating, it's still saying update app and it's horrible mehn! Not working and it's annoying 😡
