After studying the app for some time, I fell in love with it and use it often. Recently I started having problems with unaccounted for data. I buy data and use part of it, more especially the bonus. I'll check the data before shutting the phone down for work because we don't use phone at work. When I close and switch on my data, it's nowhere to be found. When you check it's 0. Why this is happening I don't know.

It's sometimes annoying to use. Just when the data is on and you're trying to get access to the app,an error sign appears insisting that you put on your data before continuing to use the app meanwhile the data has been on throughout 🙄😖😓. That mistake should be checked on by MTN services or authorities. Thanks.

It's Horrible. This app is buggy and laggy. I thought my phone was the problem until my friend also complained. Even with good internet connections, it fails to launch or one process takes a long time in most cases. I don't know why MTN is forcing everyone to use it.

0.5 star. This app is very bad. It takes 2 years for u to just buy data. It's slow and lots of lsgs. And on some occasions the app remains on the loading screen forever. Please if the app can't be improved, let's just stick to the traditional ways.

The app is superb 👌 and user friendly. But it needs updates to be able to pay the utility bills. Only what you can see is, MTN postpaid which is irrelevant to some of us. I tried using the Getmore section which comprises a lot to pay the bills with momo, but the code was locked. Unless the USSD. Please fix this problem with the utility bills to be paid direct rather than going to area where your code will be locked with a minor mistake. I recommend it to everyone as a superb app for all.

Love the app. But since the pulse app is no more can there be a similar way to purchase the mashup offer to how it aas on the pulse app, where you could find a history of last purchase beneath. Because right now purchasing mashup offer is very lengthy and repetitive which makes it frustrating. Thank you!

1. You say you'll give bonus on bundle top ups via momo but you don't. 2. You say you'll only need to connect your mobile data just to get into the app but that's false. You'll actually need a working internet plan to get into the app 3.Your internet providing services are very bad to the extent that I'll need to restart my device several times before it works. It's been for the sake of the Momo services that you still have customers. Other than that, you're losing custody gradually.

When you log out and try to open the app, It doesn't request a password. It log you in. In addition the profile under menu is not working 😕. How to change password. Someone can easily have access to the account. Security is a must.

The app never works. The info it gives you on your account is often wrong. You can't even use the button to send momo to someone. I've reinstalled the app twice. Same problems. Just use the short codes.

I keep getting service failure. I've restarted my phone countless times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app almost 6 times already but I still keep getting service failure. Please fix it. Because it has nothing to do with my internet connection.

It is a great app. But after changing my phone and installing on the new one, opening it has become a problem. It gives me an inscription, does not support rooted phones. Please fix this.

For 25 year of experience, you should at least be able to optimize a single app especially when Internet is of that importance in today's world. Slow app, long processing time for even the home page. Momo transaction delay or does not work at ALL. The 50% data bonus is the ONLY that keeps me using this app if not the main reason why I downloaded this app which is probably temporarily.

All pixel limit too small. I use a high resolution display and it automatically turn into landscape mood which is quiet annoying because some functions don't show up.

The only things I can do on this application is to see data, airtime balance, and broadband purchse link. My phone does not display link to purchase data. I use Samsung galaxy A7. Is this peculiar to my device7

After inputting my number to buy data, the app keeps notifying me that the number is incorrect. I guess the recent updates had crush the system, because I have not been experiencing this type of bug. Please do a quick fix of the bug for a quick fix of your five star rating.

Very comprehensive app. Cool and the summary of the many short codes you have to struggle to keep in mind. However, it's sometimes difficult to use especially when you don't have much data bundle. I encourage all to use it. All together it a great app, l believed more upgrade will come with many features.

Sometimes records are not accurate,if u buy data it doesn't add up and bonus doesn't last for a second it's gone why. After u left the app and check your main phone, informations are different I do not really believe if all this is real All they are just using the app to extract our data.

Overall, very very poor App. It takes forever to open the app. You can't move one step without the app freezing.

You don't get the full functions when you using tab cuz it switch landscape from portrait which gives you limited access... Can't it be fixed cuz some of us are using tabs only

The app was amazing, fantastic, but now it just zero, I can't navigate from from one view to other. Exp. I can't go to momo from irst face. It force me to change my khone screen thinking my phone was faulty. Please do something about it

Was having a very smooth experience with the app till I updated it today. The app is inaccessible at all as it describes my phone as a rooted device which is incorrect. Kindly fix this issue.

For an app that is supposed to make things easier and more efficient, the mere fact that you sometimes have to try 8 times to be able to use it is DISGRACEFUL. More often than not, you open the app and it crashes, or you are in the middle of a transaction in the app and it crashes ( unable to connect to server). I think I am rather wasting time with this app and have to delete it. Because I waste about a minute just trying to connect. Might as well use the ussd, will save me time !!

I was very impressed with this App when it was first introduced. it was simple to use and worked well. However, lately it has become a nightmare to use, due to lack of capacity to handle the volume of traffic. The app is now very slow or unresponsive. It has become very frustrating to use due to the lost time waiting for it to respond or due the constant error messages. Kindly correct this issue urgently, so we can go back to using and enjoying the app. A Very Frustrated Customer

This app is very good, works perfectly on every smartphone I've ever used. It makes my interactions very simple and easy. I've recommended it to most friends and for family members, I've downloaded it on their smart phones and have educated them about it use. The only challenge I have is, it doesn't work well on my Tab S 8.4 It only display the airtime, data and SMS features. The rest of the features like MOMO, BUY/SEND, GET MORE & JUST.

Extremely slow app. Very bad and inconvenient. I'm back to SMS. Also, there's no option for buying MTN zone bundles.

fix your problem with the rooted devices. i dont understand why you have to prevent rooted devices from using this app. the rooted device checker is even not working properly, cos i have not rooted my device yet i get that worning .

Why must u hide the charge for transacting in the app? After sending money then they send the charge. Why must we send money blindly through this app without knowing the charge first. As soon as u are done sending then the details of the charge wud be sent to you.So disappointed in this app.Mtchewwww
