SECURITY: Users of myMVP are not required to log in or register to use the app. If a member does log in and agrees to allow MVP to save member information to the device, the following information will be encrypted and saved to the device indefinitely:• Username• First name• Last name• MVP Member ID• Email address
MVP recommends registering for an online account via desktop. Logging in to your account on myMVP provides members with the following functionality:• Doctor/Facility/Urgent Care Center Search – Member ID will be saved and app will not require a member’s plan type to be selected for search. • View ID Cards – Medical and/or dental ID cards will be viewable.• Search Claims – Completed claims (and limited dependent claims if user is a primary subscriber) will be searchable and viewable along with payment status and Explanation of Benefits (if available).• Deductibles & Limits – Status toward meeting deductibles and/or out-of-pocket maximum amounts.• Member Details – Personal information and details related to contract plan.• Treatment Cost Calculator – Plan type will be saved and incorporated into cost estimates and possible out-of-pocket expenses.• Contact Us form – Member’s first name, last name, Member ID and email address will be pre-filled.
DEVICE REQUIREMENTS: myMVP mobile app is compatible with iPhone. Requires 6.1 and above.

Yeah, still broken. Does not support Head of Household profiles with multiple associated accounts. Prompts for selection of accounts but does not display any to choose from. Any other selection loops back to login page.
Basically a useless app. All of MVP's "features" are spread across multiple apps that don't work. It can't access my ID card, can't tell me what my plan benefits are, and again, everything is spread across a slew of apps. Just use the website.....
This app, is so dysfunctional it's not even funny. You want to see your id card? Login, press view id, asked to login again, then when you do you're back in the main menu, no matter what you hit, it asks you to login and it just loops you into the main menu. Basically a login simulator.
The new app is drastically improved, ill finally start using it.
The app will not let you sign No matter what you do. This needs a big overhaul. Can sign in perfectly fine as long as it's on a desktop computer but this app is garbage.
This app is worthless. It doesnt load and when it does, the login doesnt work. Easier to just go to the page through your browser.
I got an error trying to log into the app It says "it doesn’t comply with Google’s embedded webview policy." MVP website worked fine.
Complete garbage. Cannot sign into my account. Login page comes up blank. Its bad enough that your actual website has its own underlying issues that go unsolved.
This app is terrible... All I ever get is a "loading" screen, and then it crashes. Completely useless.
Worst app ever. Won't even let me log in. On line all is good. On app I don't seem to exist. Even deleted and reinstalled app.
This app was working for me last winter, but now seems completely broken. Wish they would fix it.

Major improvement. Easier to log in and navigate. Main issue has to do with some lagging with using the provider search tool.
