I do not understand the point of this app. The only thing that it seems to work for is to get my balance, but I can easily do that by sms without having to login to any app. It doesn't tell me how much data I have left on my plan, it doesn't accurately display my charges, and the English translation is low quality. There's no point to buying a data plan if you can't see how much you've used!
My rating of 2🌟 is due to the absolutely poor translation of the site BOTH in Haitian Creole and English. Due to poor vernacular, the information is confusing - even for a native speaker of both languages. I'm a professional translator for Haitian Creole and English. I live in Haiti. Please contact me to help you with the translation of your Website, App and any other documents you need done.
Your app keeps crashing on my Galaxy S8+ since your last update on June. Also think about incorporating D-Com plan on the app. And what's the meaning of that ridiculous way to activate a D-Com plan when the data are used up? Very ridiculous
I can't understand when someone subscribes in my natcom there isn't any advantages but when you subscribe in my digicel you find lots of advantages,especially in sharing money natcom takes 2 gourdes as fees and I can't send more than 100gourdes,please natcom I'd like that you decrease the fees or eliminate the fees and make that I can send at least 500gourdes,please take my doleances in charge and do the necessary!!!
Useless app. Crashing everytime. Deserve no star at all. Consume money/data while it should be free. How could you ask me to make a plan while you start to take/steal my money as soo as I open the app. Money/data burned before I even succeed to make a plan. And now it's not working anymore
Sucks. Can't even login. I just downloaded the app, 1hr ago, and it's still not working properly. You can do better I think.
I love the app. My only problem is the lucky wheel game. They have programmed it now to Good luck. You play your ten pins every day with the same result "Good luck". Before it was different. You lost, you won. Now it's just programmed to one answer. It's a shame!
I want to give a zero star over there, do you see me? Oh no! Everyone should give it, because everyone is experiencing the crashings while trying to launch your app. Fix and include all the plans in it, right. then I'll give you six stars RIGHT.?
Doesnt work at all. Just installed it on June 11. Crashes every single time. I did evwrything, restart uninstall reinstall. Nada.
The app is keep crashing everytime I uninstall, reinstall it still crashing. Fix it.
how about no star, 0 nada, how can you update a app to not work at all not even a functioning app icon, representation of staff and service.
No stars at all. Has not been working at all for a week now and when it does; it's works once out of 10 tries. Like everybody says why do I have to pay to call customer service when I buy a monthly plan to talk Natcom to Natcom; it should be using those same minutes. Maybe your customer service still belongs to TELECO. 🤔. If the government of Haiti is corrupted why shouldn't you be? No respect for Haitians.
I can't access my account neither with my password nor requesting for a new password. It's as bad as the my Digicel app now😕

Great app ! But we should write into french too in order that haitian people could have a better undestanding about what you told .
I dont even know what to say...my class project at school was better than this app...i dont understanding how some people can be doing this kind of work and still have the guts to say" better network of the country"...you should be ashamed, i even have to pay when calling the customer services, the app is slow as f*, their system always bug...it sounds like a joke...i could make a 1h standup show just talking about this app and this company...u can do better guys,have some respect for Haiti.

Natcom is worse internet company in Haiti. They always have problems. To their hotline to call them you have to pay them to fix their own problem that you buy from them.
This app keeps stopping right after the last update.
Bad app, I don't have access to all the plans available for my SIM card. And the interface is very obsolete. The app has a lot of bugs that I need hours to write them all down. 👎👎👎
